Peaceful property on a quiet street. Spacious living room and kitchen were enjoyed by all. The backyard was a highlight. Would love to return.

Coldwater Canyon Gem

Well-maintained property in Beverly Hills. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub; this rental had all of the amenities necessary for my wife’s 40th birthday weekend with friends.

Exaclty what we needed

The house is very spacious , clean , everything works well . Only the furniture , and curtains need a "face lift" . overall very good propertity , would stay again

Perfect and Close to Everything!

Beautiful, clean home with amazing natural light throughout! The pool area is fantastic and the beds are very comfortable! Plenty of room for two families! The management company is very responsive. The location is also perfect - close to Rodeo Drive; the Sunset Strip; Anaheim and Malibu! The geographic area is beautiful. We will come back - perfect house for an activity-filled and laidback vacation.

Wonderful family getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an awesome family house. Everyone had their own room with bathroom, lots of room to spread out and find your own space. The kids loved the pool and pool table. The adults loved lounging by the pool. Close to everything. Just a great place.

Several of us were working on zoom calls and the Wi-Fi and Internet were very strong. Location was great it’s super easy access to Beverly Hills and sunset strip. I would highly recommend it.

Fun Family getaway

We had a group of 7 at this house for a few days of an LA family getaway. The house was super comfortable for all of us - it was great that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. It was great to return to the house each afternoon and relax in the pool after being out and about for the day. The house is easy to get to from the Beverly Hills shopping area. We had a few minor issues upon check-in, but Vacasa team was super supportive, responsive and kind. Thank you!

Los Angeles Trip

We did enjoy the pool and the entry way flowers. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The door lock is really weird and hard to lock, and the house is very dated and had multiple things that didn’t work well. Wish we had laundry soap to do some laundry when we left. The handrail is strange and could cause injury, the walls and vents were dirty. Location has nothing within walking distance and would highly recommend renting a car to get to places. It’s about 40 min to the beach. Over all it was a great stay for what we were visiting for.

Good ; comfortable stay

Easy to connect and got things fixed the next day. Thou we were disappointed that we couldn’t check in Til 5 pm, because the cleaning crew were still in the house

Great Stay

Pool is a nice size and backyard was private and lovely. Yard has three comfortable daybeds and umbrellas which made it a pleasure to spend time out back. Very close to Rodeo and West Hollywood and all the shopping and eating. House has several large TV's. Would have liked to be provided with pool/beach towels but other than that, it was really a great stay.

Charm = run down, Service = NONE

We basically had to break into the house. The code didn’t work on the door and my son had to crawl through the pet door and unlock the house from the inside because nobody answers the phone for hours. We would have been homeless if we didn’t break in. Then, the house was terrible. Lightbulbs out all over the house. The washer and dryer kept blowing the fuse (had to find the fuse box outside the house) and the refrigerator beeped all week!! Ripoff!!
