Tuve que salir antes de mi reserva la bulla de toda la noche de la persona que estaba en la Siguiente habitación no me dejó dormir y ni cómo llamar al conserje pues no funcionaba el teléfono habían cucarachas muy mala experiencia

I chose to stay in a non-smoking room. I went to the room and the smoke smell was in there. I can’t stand the smell of smoke. I had to go to the store to buy something to get rid of the smoke smell. Glad I stayed only one night.

First room that was given to us would not lock, the over all cleanliness on all the rooms was very disappointing, smoking smell on all non smoking rooms, walls are very dirty, and black mildew on the bathroom. The rooms also had a lot of silverfish insects in them. Rooms were definitely not worth $200 each.

The hotel room itself was fine and clean. However, there was no toilet area for dogs or much of any green space. Also, while we appreciate efforts to help homeless people with a room and have the city of Los Angeles on the premises to assist them, the hotel needs to have a better security presence. Thank you.
