Step outside to an exclusive-use patio reserved for your stay. The townhouse also includes air conditioning and one dedicated on-site parking space. An additional residential street-parking permit may be available upon request.

The townhouse is located within a small, peaceful five-unit residential property, and we live on-site. There are no shared interior spaces, so the townhouse and patio are exclusively for your use during your stay. A shared on-site laundry room is also available for added convenience.

This property is best suited for guests looking for a comfortable, peaceful residential stay rather than a party or event environment. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 9 AM, and only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property. Smoking, parties, events, and outside visitors are not permitted.

For guest safety and property security, exterior motion-activated cameras monitor outdoor common-access areas only. Cameras record video only; there are no cameras or recording devices inside the townhouse.
