“Comfortable and great location”

“What a great property! Clean, convenient and Dave the host was quick to respond every time I had a question. I would definitely recommend!”

“We had a girls family reunion and this place was perfect. Plenty of space for all and 3 bathrooms. Walking distance to excellent restaurants and a coffee shop with delicious lavender lattes. The outdoor area was great for relaxing at the end of a long day!”

“We enjoyed our stay. It was in a perfect location and easily walkable to the restaurants and stores in Santa Ynez. The place was spotless. Our dogs enjoyed the yard.”

“Not for large groups- 5/6 people at max! They said they could accommodate 11 but it was a horrible stay. Not enough beds, blankets or towels. Dining room & living room are tiny! Family had to use kitchen towels to dry. The front house is small and is a trailer. Reminded me of my high school classroom. “Cutest cottages, quaint, comfortable - amazing location! The owner Dave was beyond helpful and kind, couldn’t recommend staying here more!”

“This place met my 3 Cs...comfortable, close and convenient. If your looking for a nice place to accommodate 4 to 6 people in the heart of Solvang this would be it.”

“We came from Texas and to not have a stove or at least a toaster oven. And no toaster is just crazy. We do bnb’s often and never been to one that had nothing. It was my fault for not paying attention to the details. It was nice otherwise. ”
