Such a lovely little place to stay. So much better than nearby hotels. Kitchen is fully functional with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kitchen tools, plates, cups, glasses, pots, pans. This is our 2nd time staying here. The host is very responsive and checks in via messages to make sure all is well. The place is spotless! Parking is convenient. Great location. What else can I say? I’m so glad I found this place because we visit relatives often and previously always stayed in nearby hotels, which are nice, but can’t compare to this.

It was so quiet. A very nice retreat for us and our dog. We loved just walking around town and enjoyed the farmer’s market that we could see from our window. Very comfy bed and the kitchen had everything we needed.

The property was very clean and comfortable. It is a cottage, so it was small, but absolutely perfect for my needs. I found the property quite easily and really appreciated the dedicated parking for the unit I was using. Check in process was seamless. The host communicated all details in a timely fashion, and accessing the property was easy. The neighborhood was very nice with restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property for solo travelers and couples looking for a pleasant visit to Los Osos and the San Luis Obispo area.

The location in Baywood is perfect! We have an electric vehicle and there are two new charging stations since the last time we stayed at one of the cottages. This made it easy to get to places nearby like: Montano de Oro, Cambria, Paso Robles for some wine tasting, and of course Morro Bay. The cottage had everything we needed coffee, creamer. The host was very communicative and attentive to our request. Check in and out was super easy. Would definitely stay he again.

Great Property for Family Fun

We rented 3 side-by-side cottages for fun and relaxation in the Morro Bay area. The cottages are well-provisioned, easily accommodating three people each. A full kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a lovely patio is part of each cottage. Within walking distance are a park, a beach, a small grocery store, several restaurants and shops, and a laundromat. Nearby recreation includes hiking, kayaking, and beaches. These cottages helped to make a great vacation for our family!

Excellent getaway spot

This is our second stay in one of these cottages and we weren't disappointed. Big enough for all we needed, cute kitchenette where we fixed breakfast each day. Walking distance to several places and Monday farmers market. Quiet area, no loud noises while we were there. This will be our new go-to for our stays. Grounds are neatly kept with gorgeous succulents and plants.

Wonderful

Clean, quiet and relaxing. This little community had everything we could hope for Coffee shop walking distance and good cafe options . We even discovered 2 exceptional bakeries. I highly recommend this cottage.

Baywood Park is a hidden gem

Property is located in a very central area of Baywood Park. We enjoyed great Thai food, live music at the Merrymaker bar and beautiful walks along the bay. The accommodations were clean, spacious enough for 2 adults and a small dog. Kitchenette was a nice to have feature. The Host was very responsive to any questions. Would recommend to anyone visiting this area.

Cute Little Studio

Baywood is an eclectic little community with fun casual bars, cafe, and meeting spots and a very nice French restaurant. The studio is steps from the end of the bay, and short drive to beaches and parks. The whole area is dog and family friendly. People are very friendly-good conversation wherever we went. We had a great time. Particularly loved off-leach beaches!! The unit was spotlessly clean; the rental agency responsive. Parking and EV charger adjacent to the unit. Only negative is seating could be more comfortable when it’s too cold and foggy to be outside in the evening. Otherwise highly recommend.

Charming bungalow

Loved staying in the fun little town of Los Osos. Beautiful weather, friendly people. But the best part were my accommodations. Love this charming cottage. So comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. Walking distance from the bay and shops and restaurants. Next time I’m bringing my doggies!

Great stay right in central Los Osos /Baywood

The place was a advertised. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The units appear to have been renovated in the recent past and have good lighting and fresh finishes. My only critique is that the kitchen and cooking equipment is a bit on the sparse side and minimal. If one likes to prep meals its a bit limiting. The addition of a cast-iron skillet would be a big plus. The non-stick cooking utensils are a bit worn with the non-stick deteriorating. A second cutting board would also be greatly appreciated. Other than the cooking gear the place is great! We would stay there again and most likely will.
