Hoteles cerca de Lotherton Hall Estate Country Park en Leeds

“The room was clean but the corridor carpet needs a deep clean and proper hoovering. Aldo kitchen staff needs more training how they should talk to their customer with their request. Jane was very helpful and quickly sorted breakfast out for us. Shortage of staff can not be a excuse for not providing the service.”

“Really enjoyed our stay at the Grange”

“It was the worst hotel I have stayed in at least the last 15 years. No hot water in the morning, the bed was ancient, and no one in reception to talk to in the morning to share these complaints. The wifi barely had signal either. ”

“La habitación no se parecía en nada a las fotos mostradas. Daba a una parte trasera donde se oia ruido de máquinas. La ducha muy pequeña, apenas se puede entrar. ”

“salimos antes de la prestación del servicio del desayuno, y nos prometieron uno antes de esa hora. Siendo negativo”

“From the time we tried to check-in the woman that greeted us was aggressive and told us to wait in the waiting lounge. Then we could check-in Declan told us that we needed to pay for our accommodation but when I told that I had paid he took our documents and did not return them. We had a two stay and consequently left without documents. On contacting the hotel we were told the only wat to retrieve our was to send a self-envelope and they would send them to us. That wasn't suitable in the frame...

“Overall atmosphere was one of the best experienced. A 3 night stop. A busy , successful country pub, restaurant, party venue does create a few problems of wear. Which will need addressing fairly soon. Certainly recommend.”

“Sitio maravillo por el entorno y y el personal del hotel. Muy cerca de York por si se quiere ir de compras o a una visita cultural. ”

“Todo bien, típico "Village", pero he estado en otros mejores. ”

“The hotel had a 'run down' feeling and we were disappointed that there was no breakfast on offer.”

“Todo bien”

“Nice modern apartment. Conveniently located. Reasonable price. Had read reviews about it being noisy with the rooms being close to local pubs, however, we found it to be very quiet during our stay. Overall excellent!”
