“An enjoyable one night stay at a hotel where the positive features far outweigh any minor niggles. Attentive and pleasant staff, excellent food, well presented and served in a timely manner. Rooms just bordering on the need for some love and attention, although White Stuff toiletries do a good job in diverting attention from the nasty stain on one of the seats. Decent enough spa facilities, although it would be helpful if the price to swim were included in the booking price.”

It was also quiet, and the air‑con made it easy to get the temperature right. A few things let it down: the décor felt a bit tired, shower sealant was peeling, the carpet was stained, and the kettle was scaled and awkward to fill. “Agradable pero el spa es no suficiente para ser un hotel que se caracteriza por ese servicio le falta amplitud y una buena sauna en realidad es pequeño, ya que no hay mucho hacer allí. ”

“hola ya es la tercera vez en halojarme en el hotel, todo perfecto y los empleados muy simpaticos todos, restaurado hace poco, un impedimento quitar del bufet el fiambre, tipo queso, jamon , chorizo, salchichon, huevos fritos y pavo, por lo demas todo bien.”

“So i irrived to a bed. Good start. Anne franks attick would be the ritz compared to this. Tv didn't work, heater didn't work, dispite me being advised to plug it in by the lady on reception. This turned out to not be a problem as she worked out how to put the heating on permanently for the next 2 day. Breakfast on the 1st morning wasn’t something id normally spend 7 quid on as it leaked oil from everywhere, i didn't have a 2nd Breakfast as the other guest sitting with his 4 pint cans of Stella...

“On arrival we were informed we had received a complimentary room upgrade, which was very much appreciated. The suite was lovely. Spacious and very clean with a huge bed. Separate lounge and kitchenette containing hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. It would be ideal if you are here on business for a few days. Good location by the train station. Quiet room. No noise from the trains or the lifts in the building. The rooftop bar and terrace are nice and convenient. Would definitely stay here again.”
