“Very clean and plenty of space for our large family of adults gathering for the holidays. They even had a Christmas tree up for us! We enjoyed the game room, the hot tub, the deck and screened porch. Most of all, we loved that we could all 10 sit comfortably and watch a movie and enjoy family time together. Highly recommend!!”

“I had to wait around to hear from the owner because the code for the door was not set to what I was told. Upon entering, the place smelled. Had to get air fresheners, but that did little good. Every time you entered the place the odor would hit you. Inside the place was well kept except for the odor. There is reason there are really no pictures from the outside. Had I known it was at the end of a 3 bay storage building, I would not have rented it. The hot tub looked nice but it was not used...

“RE: Archer's Suite. Clean Room. No closet, bring hangers if desired there is a hanging hook(s) on door. Just be advised this room faces street and trains come through several times a night. Otherwise, communications with management excellent, convenient, nice and interesting place to stay in Historical District of Sweetwater. Parking not a problem.”
