“We had a fantastic holiday in The Stables. It is very stylish and comfortable with lots of lovely touches. The welcome hamper was fantastic. We really appreciated Natalie and Dan catering for my wife’s food intolerances. Our cocker spaniel was also extremely well catered for with treats and toys. “Lovely countryside cottage with a warm, cozy feel. Easy to find with ample parking, which made arrival simple for our family. The fireplace was a highlight and made the evenings especially relaxing. We truly wish we could have stayed longer and would happily return.”

“couple plus dog stayed - might have been rather snug with 4 people but just fine for us. small garden great for dog's needs. Nicely placed for visiting interesting places - Matlock, Buxton, Bakewell to name just a few. Scenery lovely - slightly affected by the fog ... but it's February so ... Would recommend”

“A lovely warm cottage, in a great location. A little surprising we couldn’t find an information file, regarding emergency numbers, places of interest and instructions for appliances. Also no welcome pack, not even any milk in the fridge and only one toilet roll for a five day stay!! I least I always go prepared.We couldn’t report any comments as no guests book?”

“We stayed at the bungalow for 3 nights. It was lovely, comfortable and very spacious. We loved the beautifully kept garden space around the property and the countryside views were breathtaking. Everything we needed was supplied and the kitchen facilities were ample. Putting a small sink in the toilet would be beneficial but this in no means diminished our enjoyment of our stay. Will definitely he coming back!”
