A great stay in this comfortable apartment

The apartment is very comfortable and in a central location to explore town. It is well appointed with everything you need, along with extra treats that made us feel so welcome. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

Super find in Loughborough

We are just home from a great weekend in Loughborough made even better by our accommodation. The flat is very clean, with excellent communication from the hosts. When you arrive and can have a cup of tea without needing to go to the shop you realise the detail and attention that has been put into making your stay great. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Delightful Property

This is a lovely property. Everything was to a high standard and the welcome pack and message on the fridge made you feel at home straight away. The bath is wonderful and the upper bedroom with air conditioning is worth the climb of the steep stairs. The roof top terrace was lovely although slightly disappointed to find the sun loungers were no longer there as the weather was so good during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again in the future.

Amazing Hosts all in the Family!!

Such a luxury to have a big terrace, a jacuzzi and a family of amazing hosts! Susan came to refresh the apartment twice during our stay upon our request and Joe responded within the day to solve a problem in the property. Zoe is always on to reply immediately to any questions. A Super Family taking care of you!!!

My home in Loughborough

Joe would go out of his way to help me print some documents and drop them off. He’s there within the hour if there’s any leakage, no matter how small. But the best is Susan who tends to all of your needs! She makes the apartment smell amazing in an instant. She spoils us with a basket full of biscuits and chocolate (which she refills upon request of an additional refresher of linens). Fresh flowers, cream eggs, a pantry full of pasta and sauces, breakfast items, a whole selection of teas and now, even an espresso machine!! Really feels like a home away from home. All we need is to borrow a dog!! 😜

Hidden Gem

Fabulous, clean and well presented quirky apartment, a home from home - you don’t feel like you’re above a shop on a Main Street in Loughborough at all! The apartment has everything you would need for a pleasant stay, the welcome pack and other treats were a lovely unexpected touch. Sadly, due to a knee injury, we weren’t able to use the main upstairs bedroom as the stairs were a bit too steep and needing to come down to the bathroom at night would have been an issue, shame because it was a really nice space too, nonetheless, we found the other bedroom comfortable enough. Bathroom is huge and fitted out really tastefully with a large walk in shower and jacuzzi bath (takes quite a while to fill so plan ahead). Unluckily for us the weather wasn’t great so we didn’t get to enjoy the roof terrace as we’d hoped, I can imagine it being a total sun trap on a sunny day - the pigeons thoroughly enjoyed it though! We stayed over a weekend and yes, there was noise from the pub opposite but nothing enough to spoil your evening, was in fact quite entertaining to people watch. The communication from the owner was fantastic, very friendly and responsive, check-in & out was easy via a lock box. We parked in Sainsbury’s car park which we booked before arrival, and only a few minutes walk away. Would return without hesitation.
