No charging point for hybrid or electric vehicles – Do not plug in inside the apartment – SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT INCLUDED (please request when booking) – Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant (unless an additional fee applies) – Check-out inspection carried out with the agency, with the security deposit returned if everything is in order – For departures on Sundays, public holidays, or before 8:30 am, a preliminary inspection will be carried out – Security deposit will be cancelled or returned upon receipt of the keys.
