“Great location! Spacious! Minutes away from red rocks! We needed some supper supplies and there was a target and large mall nearby. “This is such an adorable apartment! It was clean and cozy. It was perfect for my daughter, myself and our dog. We felt safe and enjoyed the historic neighborhood and close proximity to the park. “The exterior looks a little rough, but step inside to 1952. We were happy we rented the Retro House for several reasons. It was clean and cozy, had neat decor, and had all the essentials anyone would need to be comfortable. “This house is a perfect 10. A group of friends (5 couples) came to Boulder for a football game and had a blast. The house is super spacious and has a wonderful layout for a large group. The kitchen is stocked better than our home kitchens. Amazing outdoor space too with a garden. We used some basil for a caprese salad. Jeff was very communicative and responsive. We all would highly recommend this house.”
