¡Camina a casi todo lo que necesites, restaurantes, cafeterías, librerías y boutiques! Esta casa está en el moderno corredor de Frankfort Ave y está cerca de todo a pie o en automóvil. Somos un apartamento limpio, libre de mascotas, recientemente renovado.

Debo decir que nuestra casa es muy, muy bonita, con un estilo vibrante brillante, en un vecindario seguro y tranquilo. ¡Este es el lugar donde quieres quedarte! ¡Camine a muchos de los restaurantes más visitados de Louisville, tiendas de antigüedades / tiendas de segunda mano, boutiques y cafeterías! ¡Esta área es verdaderamente un lugar mágico!

El vecindario

Clifton es un barrio al este del centro de Louisville, Kentucky, EE. UU. Clifton fue nombrado debido a su ubicación montañosa en el acantilado del valle del río Ohio.

A diferencia de otros vecindarios de Louisville, Clifton se desarrolló durante un período de 60 años, con las primeras viviendas construidas en la década de 1860 junto a las construidas en la década de 1910, aunque casi todas las casas fueron construidas en estilos victorianos. Sus áreas residenciales también son mucho menos densas que otras áreas cercanas como Butchertown o Original Highlands. A friend and I met here (we live in different states and Louisville is about halfway) with our teenage daughters and everyone had a great time! Clean, plenty of room for teens and Moms to hang out in our own space, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen utensils need an update, but that is hard to manage in a rental property. Location was fantastic with plenty within walking distance and a short drive to everything else Louisville has to offer.

Very clean, close to up and coming neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. We made breakfast there every day. Stocked with what you need. Even hand soap and shampoo. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Only downside, you rent half the house, the main floor. Other renters were not a problem at all, just unaware of that fact.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute house. The house was very conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The house had everything we needed and we cooked many meals there. We did have some issues which the property owner responded to very promptly and took care of everything. Overall I would recommend this place. Parking was very convenient.

We arrived to find the apartment smelled heavily of gas. Tom immediately responded to my message about our concern and had someone there checking it out within an hour. He also moved us to his other property (right above this one) because of the gas smell without any issues. He was quick to communicate and remedy the problem. After we settled in, we enjoyed our stay. The apartment is decorated nicely and has everything you need for your stay. It is an older home so it does creak a bit but not a big deal. It was clean but could definitely use a good deep cleaning. It is walking distance to some great restaurants in the area and quick drive to downtown area.

We had a great time in Louisville. The property was clean and safe. The driveway to the parking area was very tight, if I had brought my F350 dualie, it would not have fit. We ate at the Manhattan Project twice, it is just a short walk away. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and the grilled cheese was the best you will ever have!

We had an awesome week visiting with family. The house is in a perfect location and had everything we needed. This is an upscale neighborhood with many restaurants and shops in walking distance . It is a very, very, very safe area. We used buses and Lyft to get around the downtown area without a problem. The owners were very accommodating and were available if we would have needed anything. I highly recommend this place when visiting Louisville. Plenty of free parking. Beautiful sun porch, comfy den, nice dining room, fully functional and stocked kitchen. The host provided a Kergeric coffee maker with Kcups. The bathroom is also well stocked with everything you need. You should just plan on seeing what’s available and not packing any toiletries and once you see what they have, you can walk down to Walgreens and get anything you might need to supplement. The neighborhood is so awesome. You can easily walk to many restaurants, pubs, and tourists attractions. The neighborhood is also very close drive or Uber to a ton of Louisville attractions. Here is my must do list: Braille printing library (walking) free, Escape room Lou (walking), Derby museum, Wagner’s pharmacy (restaurant), silver dollar (walking) (restaurant), Hub (restaurant) (walking) Captain’s Quarters (riverside restaurant), Bernheim Forest is a must visit: the Giant Trolls exhibit is so unique and beautiful you must take the short drive to visit.(Free) Pack a picnic and make a day of it, then swing by The Old Kentucky Home, it’s right down the road from the Forest. I just can’t recommend this charming little house enough it is perfect, very clean and well appointed with modern decor. The closeness of this charming neighborhood is an amazing bonus! I will return.

As described. Quirky old house with good bones. Clean. Comfy bed. Wonderful sun porch to sit in and watch the neighborhood cat stroll by. Nothing fancy, but we were comfortable and loved the location. Safe neighborhood.
