We loved the place and the area! The place was ! perfect for 2 families! The neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet. So close to great restaurants! Definitely looking forward to coming back and staying here again

From check in to check out the place was so nice with it being in a great location, clean, and just so cute. I would definitely recommend this place for any kind of stay

Renter both units for a group of 10 adults and the place did not disappoint. Spacious living space, stocked bathrooms, clean bedrooms. Host was quick to respond when we needed help with the WiFi. The house met our bourbon trail expectations and was in a prime location to the interstate but also 10 minute uber from whiskey row. Would definitely return :)

Great find

Our group of 8 stayed at the property for 4 nights. It had plenty of room for all of us. It was near a nice variety of restaurants and we were able to walk to several for meals. It was also nicely located for the areas we visited while in the city.

Great location

We attended PGA, played some local golf, did a bourvon tour, and ate out 4 nights in a row. The location was perfect for everything.

The house was perfect for the people staying in it. I put the owner and two higher up employees of our Brazillian manufacturer in this house and they absolutely loved it.

Perfect Bourbon stay

This is the third time we have rented this property, and there is a good reason we keep coming back. The home is so clean and well stocked that it feels like you’re in your own home. The check-in and rental process are smooth and efficient and Brandon is very responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood for the home is wonderful with local coffee shops and restaurants just walking distance away!

Perfect property to share with friends

What a great house! We were traveling with friends and this house was perfect! Each family was able to enjoy their own space, yet be together with friends at the same time. Loved the neighborhood! Brandon was very responsive and we would stay here again if in the area.

Family vacation

We rented both units to accommodate our family of eleven. The beds were all comfortable! The location was perfect for our needs. Both units were very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place in quiet neighborhood

4 of us were in town for an expo at the Kentucky Expo Center, so we did not spend a ton of time at the house, but was a great clean place to come back to after a long day. The property manager, Brandon, always responded to my messages right away and made the check in/out process very easy. Will definitely be looking to stay here again when we are back next year.

Great for a group!

8 of us stayed here for a long weekend while we went to Bourbon & Beyond and it was perfect! Everything was super clean and comfortable. We loved having the big space to hang out in all together. Brandon was great to communicate with. Five stars!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay for our family and friends!

We have rented houses in Louisville for the past 5 years and this was by far the best place we have stayed! The house was spotless and in a part of town that we felt safe in. It is an older 2 story home that has been completely remodeled. I would definitely stay here again and again!
