Pros: Room style was nice. Location is in Nulu. Parking is free.Cons: Several things were broken/damaged - microwave, tv wall mount, toilet paper roll holder, room door lock, etc. Location is kinda sketchy. Property tidyness is not tended to by anyone.Additional general notes: We observed numerous unusual, possibly homeless, individuals in and around the property. It felt a little sketchy at times. Matt, who hosts the property, is not around. You are given a phone number to call and may use the VRBO app for messaging. The phone number is disconnected. I messaged Matt almost a dozen times during our stay and received prompt responses. These responses felt like they were composed by AI. The first couple nights were cold in the room. It appeared that the AC/heat was not working. It seemed to work better after someone came and looked at it. But due to lack of information I'm not sure anyone looked at it. It's possible that it malfunctions intermittently. This place looks like a hotel room but does not include any of the things you'd appreciate about a hotel room, i.e. customer service, extra blankets upon request, room turn downs, coffee, extra toilet paper, etc. I would not stay here again.
