Finding the Property:

The building is located at 540 S. 4th Street in downtown Louisville, just a 3-minute walk from Fourth Street Live.

Parking

Please note: parking is NOT on 4th Street. All parking is in the alleyway behind the building, and it's free.

Finding the Alleyway:

Copy and paste into Google Maps: 38°15'00.15"N 85°45'30.86"W



Driving north on 4th Street towards the 4th St. Live sign, you'll pass 540 S. 4th St on your left

Continue to the next light, Muhammad Ali Boulevard, and turn left

Look for the alleyway entrance on your left, marked by a blue circular "P" parking sign

Turn left into the alley, you'll drive under the building and come out into our alleyway. The parking garage will be on your right.

Look for the "540" sign on the back of the building on your left, that's us! The back entry door is located there.



Option 1: Alleyway Parking



Park next to the red building on the left, there's space for up to 3 cars

You may also park at the "Private Parking" sign directly across from the back entry door



Option 2: Gated Garage Parking (Secure)



Drive down the alley and pass the parking garage on your right.

Turn right onto the small connecting alley at the corner of the parking garage.

Entrance to the parking garage is at the corner of the structure.

Scan the QR code provided to you to access the parking area.

Park in any available parking spot marked RESERVED.

Walk in through the back entry.



Entering the Building

There are two entrances. The backdoor, located in the alleyway, and the front door located on 4th street. Both entrances can be accessed with the entry code provided.



Enter code A1492 on the keypad

You'll hear a voice prompt say "please enter"

Push the door in first, then pull it open



Getting to Unit 203

From the back door (recommended, elevator access):



Once inside the back door, walk down the hallway and take your first available right, where you'll find the elevator

Press "up" to call the elevator

Inside, press "2" for the second floor

Exit the elevator and take two sharp lefts

You've arrived at Unit 203, just a few steps away from the elevator

There is signage on the walls and each unit door to help you identify the unit number.



From the front door:



Take the staircase to the second floor

Follow the signage to Unit 203



Entering the Unit

Unit 203 is fully keyless, no key needed.



Press the keypad to wake it up

Enter code 0203

Press the lock button and the door will unlock. You must press the lock button after code is entered.



Locking Up

The front door auto-locks when shut. You can also press and hold the lock button, or re-enter the code and press the lock button, to lock it manually.
