Fun location!

Lots to do in this part of Louisville for few days. We enjoyed great food and bars. Bed was soft and comfy.

This loft looked exactly like the photos and was so cute and clean!!!!! We loved staying there and even mentioned that it would be an amazing place to live. We were sad to leave! Jonathan was really great, helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Quick stay for sports event

We came across this property, because hotels were full. The manager went above and beyond to assist us with the booking and immediate questions we had. I stayed with my teenage daughter. We enjoyed the many shops and restaurants.

Fun loft in Louisville

Really enjoyed staying at this cute loft above Lou Lou’s on Market restaurant, an excellent Cajun place. Great coffee shop two doors down.

Lou Lou Lofts = Lou Lou Love!

When visiting the Bourbon Trail, we decided to stay in Louisville. We chose Lou Lou Lofts for its proximity to restaurants and bars putting us in all the action in the Arts District. It was such a neat area to stay in!

Perfect location!

This was a perfect location for our weekend trip. We didn't rent a car and just took Uber from the airport. There was so much to do within walking distance it worked out perfectly!

Great Location

I generally don’t write reviews but I would see if this place is available for all of our future trips to Louisville. The location can’t be beat. Communication with the host was quick, the place was nice and check in/out was super easy For two people looking to stay in a bustling neighborhood, book here.

Great place

We stayed here for my daughter’s basketball tournament. It was a great location and clean and in a safe neighborhood. It’s on a street with lots of restaurants and shops. The owner was quick to answer my questions and was very accommodating.

Great Loft in Cool Part of Town

We really enjoyed this great loft in a cool part of town. The property had everything we needed for our short stay. The reserved parking was a big plus. There are many restaurant options in the neighborhood. Rabbit Hole Distillery and Angel's Envy are both close by. Downtown is a short Uber ride away.

Such a cool loft

We enjoyed our stay in this charming loft above the popular Cajun restaurant, Lou Lou on Market. Nu Lu is Louisville’s hip area, offering a myriad of shops, restaurants, bars, and distilleries. This location was so convenient for meeting friends and family within a walking distance from our loft. Our host was available to answer all questions and accommodate our needs.

Louisville stay in July

There appeared to have been dogs at the property before we stayed, there was dog hair on the floor. The cleaning prior to our stay wasn't great. Location is great, instructions of where to park was detailed and made check in easy. Property needed more pillows with pillow cases and more towels, preferably matching towels. I would stay here again, however the items listed would have made it even more enjoyable.

Lou Lou loft stay

Pros- great location and very accommodating on short notice. Opportunities- poorly equipped kitchen- very few utensils, glasses, cups etc. Needs a thorough cleaning. Poor lighting. Otherwise we loved staying there and had a great time!

Great Location - Could Use Some Cleaning Love

This is a great location and nice place, but it could use a little love regarding cleaning. There was still a pair of underwear in the apartment that someone mentioned in a previous review. Also, there could be an additional deadlock on the door, that locks from the inside.

Great location, cute place

This neighborhood is fun, lots to walk to, always an Uber withing a few minutes for getting all around the city. The place is nice. I will say that the shower is pretty tiny. I like to sometimes shower without having to get my hair wet and it was almost impossible in the space of the shower. My partner is tall and lanky so also didn't love the shower. But it's a great spot and the food at Lou Lou on Market (right below) is outstanding.

First VRBO experience

Guess VRBO is just not for me. Toilet flapper was broken and had to manipulate manually every time used. Obvious Stains on drawers below counter in kitchen. Not being from KY, television had no directions on how to find local news or breaking news. Murphy bed legs folded when I laid down on the front end of the bed. Finally got to the point where I was worried about staying there because I thought I would be charged for all the things that weren't working.

Disgusting

We arrived to the property at 4 PM and our parking instructions were not communicated properly so I reached out to the property manager, and he let me know where to park. Upon entering the unit, there was trash everywhere, the bed was not made and had dirty linens on it, and the floor was full of dirty towels. There was a condom wrapper in the trashcan and a pair of dirty underwear by the television. There were big balls of white what appeared to be pet hair all over the place. I had to reach out to the manager and then I had to leave the property for another hour and a half so they could come and. “Clean” The place was still not clean and we were unable to sit down or sit our belongings anywhere without having them covered in pet hair. I Took pictures of everything and I have many pictures to prove this and I would not rent this unit or from this company again. The property manager did offer to refund the cleaning fee. I really wish I could attach photos to this review. I have used Vrbo many times in the past and I have never had such a terrible experience.
