  • Welcome to the River View Cabin! This relaxing, rustic cabin is located next to the Ohio River on 5 acres of land just between Louisville and Elizabethtown, Kentucky. This peaceful getaway offers views of the river while lounging on the spacious, covered front porch. Enjoy nature in a private setting, but only minutes away from restaurants and a short drive to downtown Louisville and numerous distilleries.

This was the second time we've stayed at this rental, and, once again, it was an amazing experience! Kellie, the host, is incredibly helpful and accommodating, and the cabin is beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. Would highly recommend!

Kellie, the host, was awesome!! We had everything we needed and more! The house and property are gorgeous!! We so appreciated all of the little welcoming details! We will definitely be back! It was the perfect place to relax and unwind!!!

I was very impressed with the cabin itself. Quite remote, very quiet, and relaxing. The host thought of and provided everything needed for our stay. The host was more than helpful and was literally on top of any question or concern we may have. The cabin was extremely clean and well kept. We made dinners there and everything was easy to find and accessible. They thought of everything. All attractions are just a short drive away and within a reasonable distance. We can’t say enough good things about this location. This is the first vacation we all agreed to take again.

Secluded Riverfront Cabin

Loved our weekend stay at Riverview. Very well decorated and comfortable. Great open space, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and dud friendly! Thanks so much…we will be back!

Beautiful, quiet cabin

We had a wonderful stay! Kellie was awesome and so sweet! The cabin is absolutely gorgeous! Clean, and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be staying again soon!! I highly recommend if you're looking for a cozy, and quiet place to satu

Secluded Paradise

Amazing!

Such a tranquil place to stay! Surrounded by farm land, nature and the flow of the Ohio River. The cabin is gorgeous, comfy and had everything we needed. Spent hours on the back porch every morning and afternoon

We had a wonderful time at this cabin! It's beautiful, spacious, and well-stocked, and everything was exactly as pictured. The cabin feels extremely peaceful and secluded, while only being about 20 minutes away from plenty of stores, restaurants, and shopping centers. Kellie, the host, was very responsive, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this property, and we definitely plan to stay here again!

Amazing!

My husband and I stayed here, and it was absolutely amazing. The listing is very accurate, and the pictures don’t do this place justice. Kellie is a very attentive host, and even sent us some keys we left there by accident! We are already planning to stay here again on our anniversary because it was such an incredible experience.

Amazing place!

Despite mother nature getting in our way - we really enjoyed our short stay at this beautiful cabin. Wonderful communication with the property manager/owner - she did everything to make us feel at home and even called us ahead of time to tell us bad weather was coming. Highly recommend this place and we would absolutely go back!

Heaven by the river

This is seriously the best vacation rental I've ever gotten. Beautiful property with stunning views out every window. Spotless interior with every amenity you could need. Kellie was so welcoming from the moment we booked, and everything was a breeze. So peaceful and relaxing - good for the soul :)

Peaceful retreat

Absolutely beautiful home and property located in a private remote area. Very close to Fort Knox and about 40 min from Louisville. They provided everything we could possibly need and Kellie is very responsive and helpful. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful Cozy Cabin

We got to experience West Point’s famous flooding first hand! Kelli was so helpful and the house is so cozy and comfortable. The weather kept us inside but the kitchen was fantastic and we had fun cooking and playing games in the beautiful common area. We would definitely like to come back in the spring or summer!

Beautiful Property

A lovely cabin and beautiful property. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch, watching the barges go up and down the river. The cabin had everything we needed and was a peaceful home away from home for a week. There was an issue with the air conditioning after the first night, but Kelly worked hard to keep us comfortable and make things right until the unit could be fixed. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great Cabin! A Real Gem!!

Super clean and very well stocked! I always pack things that are needed but never there and that was not an issue here. So peaceful. Away from the hustle and bustle of life. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Spent a lot of time on the porch enjoying the outdoors and watching river traffic. Thank you for offering your cabin to others!
