While our team won't be at a front desk, we still guarantee our spaces and linens are comfortable, clean, and ready for your stay.



This listing is one suite inside A12 Suites, a reimagined 1970s landmark boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Louisville. There are 10 different suites in this building. With other groups potentially in the building during your stay, you'll have full privacy inside your suite plus access to common areas like the elevator, both stairwells, and the lobby.



Step into Whirlaway, the Floor 2 Stakes Suite that brings Kentucky's wild side indoors. Named for the 1941 Triple Crown winner, "Mr. Longtail," a horse known for his dramatic mane and unpredictable racing style, Whirlaway leans into the untamed. Bolero red doors crack open into matte black walls hung with a salon of original Kentucky wildlife: native bats, white-tailed deer, raptors and songbirds, wildflowers and ferns of the Bluegrass region. There's a Marlboro-Man-as-Louisvillian quality to it, paired with our resident "Burt the cat" portrait that has become an A12 fan favorite. Four bedrooms, six beds, two full baths, a full kitchen, and a living room, built for 12 guests who want bold, atmospheric, and a little bit wild.

6. The entire exterior of the property.



The ONLY place there are no cameras is inside the private suites. These shared spaces are not extensions of any private suite and carry no expectation of privacy at anytime. They function as communal/public spaces. All cameras are disclosed in compliance with OTA policy.

This urban courtyard has an industrial vibe, perfect for cocktail hours, casual gatherings, bourbon tastings, lawn games, and group photos under the Louisville sky.

Tucked behind a hidden Dover Blue freight-elevator wall door off The Provisions Hall, our basement-level NHS Speakeasy + Game Room features a pool table, games, a custom bar, lounge seating, a chef's kitchen, and a large group dining and conference table. The Industrial-Prohibition aesthetic is perfect for game nights, private dinners, bourbon tastings, and after-hours gatherings.



🎨 All artwork throughout the building was done by a single artist and is on loan from a private collection.
