- The municipality of Loulé charges a tourist tax of €2 (April 1 - October 31) or €1 (November 1 - March 31) per person/per day (up to a maximum of 5 nights), except for guests under 16 years of age who are exempt from payment. This charge will be made at online check-in (link sent a few days before check-in). It is not included in the reservation price.

- Please be aware of noise between 10pm and 8 am.

- A DAMAGE DEPOSIT of 200€ will be asked before check-in. The damage deposit is refundable a 2/3 days after check-out, if no damage is done to the property.
