Casa Do Laranjal es una villa de lujo, recientemente acondicionada, ubicada en el área de Old Village de Vilamoura, en el Algarve. 200 yardas a Bakers y Old Village bares restaurantes, tienda y excursiones / alquiler de escritorio.

Recientemente (2017) se sometió a una renovación completa interna y externamente.

La villa tiene 4 dormitorios, cada uno con capacidad para 2 (que se pueden hacer como king size o individuales para satisfacer sus necesidades). Tiene una hermosa sala de estar de planta abierta con sofás, Sky TV, cocina moderna y comedor.

La cocina está recién equipada con lavavajillas, microondas, hornos, nevera-congelador familiar y todo el equipo que necesita para disfrutar de unas vacaciones con cocina. También hay una lavadora, secadora, plancha y tabla de planchar.

Hay aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y áreas comunes.

Externamente hay un área de jardín y piscina recientemente ajardinada. Una terraza con capacidad para 8-10 personas con zona de barbacoa, tumbonas junto a la piscina, muchas zonas de sombra y asientos adicionales en la terraza del primer piso con vistas al campo de golf.

Hay una bañera de hidromasaje disponible (a un costo adicional) y si desea quedarse durante los meses más fríos, la calefacción de la piscina también está disponible (a un costo adicional).

La propiedad está asegurada con puertas eléctricas con amplio estacionamiento gratuito en la calle más 1 espacio de estacionamiento seguro en la propiedad.

Estamos ubicados a 200 metros del casco antiguo con tiendas, restaurantes y cafeterías. Hay un supermercado donde puede obtener suministros, incluidos los periódicos británicos. Hay excelentes lugares para desayunar, almorzar y cenar, todos abiertos hasta tarde. Barras que muestran deportes cuando están encendidas. La villa está a pocos pasos, pero lo suficientemente lejos para que no te moleste ningún ruido.

Se encuentra a 20 minutos a pie de la hermosa Marina. Hay cientos de restaurantes para elegir, bares, discotecas, cafeterías y tiendas. Puede encontrar algo adecuado si es un gran grupo de golfistas o una familia.

El tren de carretera de Vilamoura se detiene a 150 yardas de la puerta que se detiene en Marina, playa, mini golf y otros lugares a través de las áreas de Vilamoura.

También estamos recomendando para Sun Seeker Rental. Es un gran viaje y muy razonable en £ 700. Solo mencione la casa Oakdene para obtener un descuento.

Las playas están cerca del puerto deportivo y son atendidas por el tren de Vilamoura que se detiene en varios lugares en el camino. La playa es hermosa y arenosa y tiene algunos restaurantes encantadores. Puedes alquilar tumbonas en la playa por unos 5-8 euros cada una.

We had a great time, enough space to enjoy two weeks with the whole family. Communication was excellent and any concerns were dealt with immediately even over the bank holiday weekend. The pool area was perfect for everyone to enjoy at the same time. The master and the terrace were a bonus. It was just what we needed. We will be back

vilamoura family holiday

this was the second time we have stayed at Casa do larangal and , it didn’t disappoint. it’s in a wonderful location in pinhal golf course with a very quiet location close to the old viilage. Dan the owner was very easy to with and very helpful with all the check in. I would definitely recommend the villa for family holidays 5 star property

Perfect get away

Myself and 7 other adults and 4 children stayed in the property for a wedding we was attending. The property was amazing, we had everything we needed for the children, and the location was ideal. Would 100% stay here again we loved every second!

Fabulous villa for a family holiday

The Villa was ideal for our family holiday of six adults and three children under 3. Having the stair gates and fence around the pool was an important feature for us. The Villa is very well equipped and ideally located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the beautiful old village, with good taxi links to the local area and marina. The kitchen area. is very spacious and well equipped, albeit the bar stools and dining chairs are a bit tired. A floor plan would be useful to help with the holiday planning, as it is worth noting that whilst there are four bedrooms and four bathrooms, three of the bedrooms are en-suite, however the master bedroom has a separate bathroom. Communication throughout the booking process with Dan was excellent, he was very helpful and responsive. Another useful tip - we arranged a shopping delivery for the day of our arrival with Apolonia in Almancil, who were really excellent in meeting our requirements. We all had a really fabulous holiday and will look to return.

Exactly as Described, Fabulous Location!

We were a group of 8, parents and 3 adult children with spouses. House was perfect in size and allowed for plenty of space to move around. We did quite a bit of cooking and the kitchen was well equipped for a large group. Pool was lovely. I had paid to have it heated since the weather had been cooler close to our trip but it turned out to be very hot and I regretted that decision slightly. Regardless it got lots of use! Hot tub was clean and relaxing. Loved having the washing machine. Arewas very safe, quiet and family oriented.Cons: trash in the area was not picked up so it was difficult to find places to bring trash and recycling. This was obviously not the owners issue, but was a hassleWouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Beautiful home and location

My husband and I and 3 other couples stayed here for 5 nights in May, the house is well kitted out, spacious and with all mod cons that is required. Outside area is great, we had the pool and hot tub heated for a fee. Great communication with the owner and overall a great place to stay, with around a 20 min nice walk to the marina. I would recommend booking this place.

Excellent villa in a great location

The villa is very well equipped, clean & extremely spacious. It’s in a great location overlooking the Pinhal golf course & there are several restaurants & bars within easy walking distance and just a 15 minute walk to Vilamoura Marina. We made good use of the pool & hot tub, especially after a round of golf! The bedrooms were large and all have en-suite facilities Host was very helpful prior to arrival & we had a minor issue during our stay that was dealt with quickly by the managing agents. Would have no hesitation in recommending Casa Laranjal & hope to visit again one day

Superb Villa

Booked this villa for my husband’s 60th Birthday for 4 couples.The Villa lived up to expectations and the heated pool and hot tub made our stay in October all the more enjoyable. The location was ideal and the owners had thought of everything that we might require for our stay from Eddie their usual taxi driver that we used for golf transfers, to suggestions for places to eat. The pool table was a bonus and was well used in the evenings.Had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend this villa.

Perfect Villa

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Laranjal. The property is in a great location only a 5 minute taxi to the harbour. The interior is very comfortable and spacious. The beds are very comfortable too! The external areas are great, the pool area is perfect and quiet as is backs onto a golf course.

Family holiday

Had a fantastic stay at Casa Laranjal ! There were 8 of us altogether from a baby at 16 months old to 77 years old and the villa was suitable for all ages and never felt cramped as it’s very roomy . Had everything we needed ..the heated pool was brilliant as we never felt the water cold especially with a baby . The villa is in a lovely location with a few restaurants a short walk away and the marina around a 25min walk away . Communication with host and villa managers was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Just what we needed
