Villa Jasmine - modern family villa

Located in a residential area with other neighbouring villas alongside, Villa Jasmine is a well equipped property with plenty of space. There are four bedrooms in total – two twin bedrooms on the ground floor and a twin and a further double on the first floor (this latter room has a balcony also). All come with ensuite bathrooms. The ground floor has a living/dining area and french doors to the terrace, overlooking the pool and the golf course.

There is a fully equipped modern kitchen, plus a small office area and guest WC. Outside, there is a wrap around terrace, several areas for al fresco dining, a barbecue and sun loungers meaning long relaxing summer days in the Algarvian sunshine await!

There is air conditioning, sateillite TV, an alarm, DVD/CD and maid service included. A pool fence can be supplied (on request for an extra cost). The nearest restaurant and bar are less than 1 km away, whilst the supermarket, doctors and bank are a few minutes drive. The Aquashow waterpark is about 2 kms away. Vilamoura for days and nights out, meals, bars, marina and shopping is also only a short drive.
