This bright 4-bedroom villa is ideal for families and friends looking to unwind away from the noise of the city, while still staying close to shops, restaurants and some of the Algarve’s best attractions. Imagine spending slow afternoons by the pool, relaxing on a sun lounger, enjoying alfresco meals on the terrace, or heading out to Mar Shopping for dining, shopping and designer outlets. The villa is also conveniently located about 13 km from Faro Beach, 10 km from Faro Airport, 11 km from Faro city centre, and 10 km from Quinta do Lago Golf Course.



Step inside this single-storey villa and you will find four comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms, all en-suite and positioned to make the most of the panoramic views and private swimming pool. The first bedroom features a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. The other three bedrooms each have two single beds that can be joined together, and all have their own private shower bathrooms. If you prefer the beds joined, just let us know when booking so the house can be arranged accordingly. For extra convenience, there is also a guest WC near the fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.



Next to the kitchen, the living room offers two sofas, an armchair and a dining table for eight, all arranged in an open-plan layout that makes it easy to enjoy the TV, the panoramic view and time together while cooking or relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped for easy holiday meals, with everything you need close at hand, and its connection to the living space keeps the atmosphere sociable and practical throughout your stay.



Outside, you will find a spacious pool area with eight sun loungers placed around the private swimming pool, creating the perfect setting for long sunny days. Nearby, there is also a gas barbecue, a dining table for eight, a sofa for three and two armchairs, all arranged to make the most of the views and provide a comfortable space for relaxing, dining and gathering together.
