Located in Vale do Lobo, Algarve, Villa Nine offers a modern 184 sqm villa accommodating up to 10 guests. You will find 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Bedrooms 1 through 4 are situated on the ground floor, with bedroom 1 featuring a double bed and bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each equipped with 2 single beds. The master suite, bedroom 5, is located on the first floor and includes a double bed with a bathroom featuring dual sinks. The villa includes a well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV with cable channels, washing machine, baby bed, and high chair (both available for an extra fee).



Step outside to enjoy your private garden with an extensive lawn area and a shaded terrace furnished with comfortable seating, a dining table with chairs, and a grill for outdoor meals. The private saltwater pool measures approximately 11 meters by 5.5 meters with step entry and can be heated for an extra fee.



Shared on-site parking is available for 1 vehicle. Beach towels are provided for your convenience. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.



Villa Nine is situated in the Quadradinhos area next to the prestigious Vale do Lobo Golf Course. A pleasant Portuguese tapas restaurant is located a short distance from the house. The main roundabout at the entrance to Vale do Lobo, where you will find a supermarket, is also just a short distance away.
