My husband and I absolutely loved staying here for our wedding weekend! It was super close to our venue (The Marmalade Lily) and worked great as a getting ready location for him, as well as a close location to drive to after the wedding. It's also right in the center of downtown Loveland, near one of our favorite restaurants - Bishop's Quarter. Cannot recommend enough!

Adorable property walking distance into historic Loveland. Grabbed breakfast two mornings before heading up to Cincy Open. House had everything we needed and looked exactly like photos. Clean and cozy.

Was in town for a short stay and this was perfect in every way. Great location for walking to local eateries and the bike trail. Has the “I’m home” feel. Highly recommend it and hope to stay here whenever I’m back in town again!

Relaxing Stay

We loved our stay in this lovely, clean and cozy apartment. What a treasure! We will be making this our “go to” lodging on our annual visits to the area. Thank you for creating this unique and charming space within walking distance of Loveland’s shops and restaurants!

Real cool neighborhood place

A clean cozy and well appointed apartment. Everything needed is there, bed is super comfortable , slept well. Quiet place is a short walk to a cool American town with coffee shops , bars , music and great food , with access to the bike/walk trail. Real Americana.

Went for a short getaway with lots of biking and running. This place was amazing. Close to the Miami River, which leads you to Cincinnati and North to Dayton. Lots of pubs and eateries close. The place was in amazing shape with everything we needed. Was extremely quiet and walking distance to everything you need. Will be back!

My wife and I had an amazing experience. Not only was everything clean, the apartment is located in the first brick building built in Loveland, Ohio. The feel of the property was historic, yet modern. The area was also fantastic. Everything was within walking distance. We will make an extra trip just to stay here again. Thank you so much!

Welcoming, Clean, and Cozy

Place was very clean and inviting when we first arrived. The location was perfect because it is walkable to the historic town full of shops, bike trails, delicious restaurants, and other fun activities. The place had everything we needed from laundry detergent to dish soap. The place is special because it was an old building that has been apart of the historic town and renovated to make it a home. Would stay here again anytime! Had the best experience!

Super Stay!

From the moment we arrived we felt right at home! Kate was so welcoming beyond our expectations of a host! Easy walk to coffee shops, restaurants, boutique shopping and steps from the bike trail! One of our friends is already planning to rebook - AND book the 1859 even space also owned by the hosts! Its fantastic!
