"Shower was hot . Ac didn’t work .. they sent someone to fix it . He said it was fixed . It wasn’t.. pool was broken , ice machine was broken , place in the outside looked like a bombing zone .. broken windows , screens broken a security overhead light flashing on and off like something from the walking dead .. however had hot water "

"Family trip. Clean and comfortable room with 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch was plenty of room for my family of 5. Small kitchen would have made an extended stay very nice. Pool was nice for the kids. Breakfast was good but a little lacking in comparison to other places."

"Pretty sure the bathroom wasn't cleaning before we got there - the glass doors hadn't been cleaned in weeks. One of the sliding glass shower doors wouldn't open and the wouldn't stay fully closed. The sofa bed wouldn't expend fully because the heat/AC was in the way. I had to pull it from the wall and move it diagonal across the room. The pool, fitness and all other common areas were clean and the check in/out staff and server were very friendly and helpful. "

The owners are very welcoming and helpful with recommendations when asked.They go above and beyond to make sure you are highly satisfied . My 2 grandchildren enjoyed the big backyard and the playground around the corner. I enjoyed the comfort, coziness and beautiful design of the home. "The house was very clean, light-filled. The beds were very comfortable. We were happy with our stay. However I would have liked more linens to use in the kitchen, towels and dish cloths. We didn’t really understand the rule about no shoes in the house. We were surprised that we had to wash the towels as well. But overall we were happy."
