OUTDOOR LIVING: Fully fenced backyard with a covered patio, comfortable lounge seating, cornhole, and a private hot tub. The side patio features a propane grill and two Adirondack chairs.

INDOOR LIVING: 75" Smart TV in the living room, indoor fireplace, dining table for 8, laptop-friendly workspaces, ceiling fans, plus a spacious game room featuring an additional 75" Smart TV, foosball table, card table, board games, and a bar with high-top seating

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for 2, dishwasher, microwave, cooking essentials, dishware and flatware, spices, and complimentary coffee, creamer, tea, and sweetener.

BATHROOMS: Two main-level bathrooms feature wide doorways, roll-in showers, grab bars, and comfort-height toilets for enhanced accessibility. An additional full bathroom is located on the lower level. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board, utility sink and cleaning essentials.

PARKING: Two-car garage with driveway parking, plus additional street parking.

PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.

NOTE: There is a $35/day hot tub service and heating charge if hot tub is used.

CAMERA DISCLOSURE: For the safety of our guests, this property features cameras at the main entrances. The cameras are outward-facing and do not look into interior spaces.
