“Biggest downfall was the elevators out of order and not fixed on the day they said would be fixed, my elderly friend didn't leave much because of that issue and they could only get another room for us from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor which required 4 flights of stairs; the balcony furniture was torn in many places; the pull-out couch was uncomfortable; neighbors beside us smoke marijuana a lot and it filled our room with the smell; suggest to have a written paper of what all is offered rather...

“Had a wonderful stay here, perfect for two couples traveling. The complex was clean and safe and they provided a free shuttle to Old Town Key West which was a huge savings since we didn't need to pay for parking or Uber. I would be happy to stay here again for my next visit!”

“The host was wonderful to work with. The condo was beautifully decorated. The pool area and the Tiki Bar were awesome as was the food from the restaurant. The ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars, was I would have loved the balcony on the canal side rather than the parking lot side. And for check in, there was just a small hiccup with the code, as we were given the wrong one, but the management of the building got us in. The host did call back on this, but I had just got to management first. ...

“The place was clean and just as described. We started every day at the beach and ended at the pool/bar, which was right across the drive. Bag chairs, beach umbrella, pool/beach towels were also provided—which was a HUGE plus! We were also on a canal (saw a shark) which was peaceful. I felt like we were centrally located, close to a grocery store, restaraunts and the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!”

“Locked out of the gate late at night. Called emergency number who didn’t know what to do and never called me back. Had to tell to my son who was sleeping. Apparently the battery died on the gate code machine. Unacceptable to me. Not offered anything for this issue.”
