“Very nice property. From the instructions, it seems as if the renters had bad experiences in the past, which is really sad. The rental was very clean, location spectacular, truly million dollar views. We had a wonderful time. We hope that future renters can respect their property as their own so that the warnings don't have to seem so restrictive and negative. This is a lovely place and should be treated as such.”

“Beautiful home - extremely clean- the kitchen was well equipped and beautiful! Comfortable beds beds- nice sheets. Very private backyard- nice to sit out and visit and enjoy a bottle of wine. There were 4 of us- two couples. Close walking distance to restaurants and shops. Really enjoyed it. The only thing we would have liked was if there were TV’s in all the bedrooms- not just the Main bedroom. Perfect place to stay in St Helena! ❤️”

“This house was perfect to accommodate our family in town for a wedding just up the road at the Culinary Institute. Added perks - walk to downtown and across the street to Beringer which had a lovely spot to enjoy wine and play bocce ball and corn hole. The house was beautiful and spacious. Highly recommend.”

“The house is lovey! When we arrived they had not warmed the home it was quite cold inside. The jacuzzi never worked even after we called and Jake came out and assured us he was familiar with the issue! The water remained frigid and the jacuzzi was unusable. Jake was a very nice guy but still no jacuzzi. There were also spider webs in some cabinets and windows.”

“This is an older but nicely remodeled home. Beautiful views even with a rainy weekend. The lake laps right up to the edge of the property. Very close to town for entertainment but far enough away that you can get alone time. We would make 2 very strong recos. Put up curtains or blinds in the living room; it's disconcerting that the neighbors can see right in. Also, leave an instruction sheet for the TV; it was very challenging trying to figure out how the remote worked and what options were...

“A short trip for me and my adult daughter, so the two rooms and shared bath were perfect! Comfy beds! Kitchen had all our basic needs met- we ate our meals out since everything was in walking distance in the town! Really appreciated the location! Owner was very attentive and the process to check in was easy. They even gave a birthday cake for my daughter’s 26th birthday! Very thoughtful!! Definitely a great place to stay!”
