"It used to be one of my favourite hotels for business trip to Bristol but this time the experience has been extremely bad… almost 50 minutes waiting for the food at the restaurant during dinners , every single day …. The worst part was the housekeeping service … not done at all during the whole stay ..."

"Easy access. Easy parking. Very chic, combination of American motel and Swedish style. Lovely wood smell as you climb stairs to 1st & 2nd floor, from all the lovely wood panelling. Bright, comfortable rooms with very comfortable bed and choice of pillow thicknesses. And Molleys Diner (next door) ..."

"I absolutely loved my stay at Strozzi Palace and will definitely stay again. Minor things which could’ve addressed were that the balcony area and chair cushions need some attention but it didn’t affect our stay. The room was lovely and the staff were great. I’d highly recommend."
