“Beautiful home, great location. Kitchen well stocked with appliances, utensils etc. made cooking a breeze. Bathrooms and bedrooms were well appointed with quality bedding and towels. Walkable to beach as well as restaurants cafe and drugstore. The hot tub and cold plunge were a hit. As well as tvs. Indoor and outdoor tvs allowed fans to keep up with sports while being together. Ping pong and other games were attractive but never got to them The weather was just too beautiful and we enjoyed...

“We stayed here for Presiden't day weekend and it was really great - you can not beat the location, right on the beach and close to downtown Montecito. You can also walk to the Rosewood, which is just gorgeous. We got a day pass for the pool one day and walked down from the bungalow. The only critique I would have is get rid of the 1-ply toilet paper! For a place this nice (and expensive) I would appreciate a nicer toilet paper experience ;) We will definitely come back!”

“This property was the absolute perfect location for our weekend with family visiting from the Netherlands. The house is beautifully maintained, well appointed, and sits on a large lot with ample front and back yards, enclosed and private. The sunlight poured into large windows while we visited, sipped coffee, played games. We did not use our cars at all as we walked everywhere: the beach(several times), dinner, coffee, pharmacy etc. Highly, highly recommend and we would definitely look forward...
