I had nothing but good things to say about the communication with host prior to arrival! We noted the hot tub to not be working, filthy with leaves & dirt inside despite receiving a message from the host that morning that the hot tub had been cleaned & ready for use. Upon questioning host about this, responses were timely, but stated they WERE actually aware of this, but weren’t sure if they’d get it in working condition as it wasn’t working from a dust storm a few days prior. They did send someone to come try to fix it- they claimed it was then working although we mentioned there was still dirt inside and the thermostat was set to 104 but the water was lukewarm at best. We inquired again on fixing the issue and was told by them it’s in working condition, and they would not be providing any form of refund for this inconvenience. I understand there are things outside of hosts control with time restraints/repairs, but I was rather disappointed on how it was handled in the end and being told “rest assured it works” when it in fact did not. We tried to use the patio heater but that was broken too.The inside of the home was clean, but no kitchen garbage bags- needed to buy more toilet paper too- no darts for the dart board and ping pong paddles are falling apart. If you don’t care about outdoor patio or game room, this is a great place, but due to how they handled the situation I can’t recommend them. Was really hoping they would try to make the situation right.

Lovely home

The Magnolia Mansion is a lovely home in a walkable neighborhood. The bedrooms were great, and we loved the game room, hot tub, etc. Note that it only has 5 bedrooms with actual beds, so it's really best suited to 10 adults; otherwise extras are on sofa beds or air mattresses. The hosts were friendly and quick to answer questions. Definitely recommend for the right size group!

Nice home with good location

The home is located well and is a very unique design and is a really nice home. We were not able to use the beautiful patio area, as it had not been cleaned for awhile. The oven was also in dire need of cleaning. All bedrooms are large and beds were comfortable. Game rooms are a good entertainment.

Huge House with Plenty of Room

We recently stayed here with family (there were 16 of us) and we were so impressed with the size of the house. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. We had our younger kids sleep in sleeping bags (that we brought) in the upstairs area on the floor and that worked well for us . They felt like they could spread out and enjoyed having their own space. Our kids called it “the mansion” all weekend.:) The kitchen worked well for us other than the coffee maker but that might’ve been user error. Thankfully there was a Starbucks nearby. There were so many extra spots to hang out and the hot tub was a plus! Thanks for a clean, great stay!

Beautiful and Big

The house matched the description, and it is well appointed. Lots of room, games, and fun. It is located and a nice neighborhood with convenient access; close to gas stations and a really nice grocery store! Great place for a big family!

All that you could want

Great open concept house, a hidden treasure!!! Plenty of room for all to enjoy and have an oasis of personal space at the same time!!! So many options of recreation and leisure that make you want to stay at home!
