Comfy and cozy but quite spacious room! And I wanted to take the bed home with me, it was that wonderful. Patrick was helpful and responsive although we barely had to bother him because we had everything we needed. Wish we could have stayed another night or two!

We had a charming room looking across to the edge of Canada sporting pretty lighthouse! All the halls, floors and the interior of our room was wood paneled! The whole place was clean as a whistle! We would definitely stay here again!

Loved this property. Only stayed one night. Clean and spacious room, easy room access, plenty of natural light with a great view from the room windows, very good communication with Patrick, and it was the perfect location to visit West Quoddy Head Lighthouse and Campobello Island (Don’t forget to bring your passport). The sink and bathroom were a little snug, but it was okay for us. The bed mattress was very comfortable, but I would just suggest having a different base, as the wooden one made a lot of noise, if someone turned or moved around.

A light filled, spacious room with big windows on three sides. Patrick was flexible and friendly. Lubec is a sleepy town- but with a few spots for dinner, beautiful views, and dog friendly galleries.

Lovely place right on the main street. Beautiful view of the water and the bridge to Campobello. Easy check in, super communicative host, and a great coffee, fruit, and bagel set up for the morning. And the sheets smelled so good! Highly recommend!!

Best option in Lubec. Walk 2 minutes to great meals at Water Street Tavern. Two minutes to Canadian customs if you’re going to Campobello Island. Room #4 was super clean and spacious and had panoramic views of the town and the water, with fresh ocean breezes all day. Price was a real bargain.
