Apartamento en planta baja con jardín y piscina, a 1 km de la ciudad.

El apartamento consta de una habitación grande con sala de estar y cocina, dos dormitorios dobles, dos baños y un armario-lavandería, con vista al jardín privado y al área de la piscina, y está equipado con lavadora, lavavajillas, horno y TV.
Para cenas de verano al aire libre, es posible utilizar el porche con una mesa grande y seis sillas y, en las cercanías, en la zona de barbacoa también hay un horno de leña.
La piscina, de 10 x 5 metros, tiene una profundidad máxima de 1,50 metros, está equipada con hidromasaje y una zona similar a la playa donde puede tomar el sol en completa relajación.
En pocos minutos, ya sea en coche oa pie, puede llegar al centro histórico de la ciudad lleno de importantes monumentos e iglesias que datan de la época romana y medieval, como la típica Torre Giungi en cuya cima se encuentran algunos robles viejos y desde donde se puede admirar. Los característicos techos de lucca.
Para aquellos que gustan de pasear, además de las poderosas murallas medievales que rodean la ciudad, en poco tiempo se puede llegar a las colinas emergidas en el verde donde aún se pueden admirar algunas hermosas villas que datan del siglo XVIII.
A pocos minutos de la casa, puede tomar la carretera que conduce a la cercana Versilia con sus hermosas y grandes playas, para visitar Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi y Pietrasanta. Detrás de la Versilia podemos admirar los Alpes Apuanos donde aún se extrae el mármol blanco que todavía usa Miguel Ángel para sus obras.
Otro destino que no debe perderse es el Garfagnana, con sus pueblos y paisajes muy característicos, donde podrá degustar platos locales muy sabrosos y auténticos a precios aún muy bajos.

Enrico was communicative and attentive throughout our stay, and most importantly, warm and thoughtful. A true local, his recommendations were very appreciated. The apartment is tastefully renovated, and truly spotless. The dishwasher could use an upgrade, and the bed in the second bedroom isn't quite as comfortable as in the main room bedroom. The beautiful grounds are shared with Enrico's family and a renter, and we had priority use of the wonderful pool which Enrico kept very clean, and which was truly the highlight of our stay.The location is convenient to Lucca, grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries, and the highway from which many towns and beautiful beaches are 30 minutes away, which made for easy grocery runs and day trips.Enrico has many regular visitors, and it's easy to see why. You'll feel right at home.

Wir, zwei Erwachsene, zwei Teenager und ein Hund, hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in Lucca. Die Lage des Hauses ist für Ausflüge perfekt. Egal ob Pisa, Florenz, San Gimignano, Siena oder der tolle Strand in Viareggio, alles ist sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der Garten und der Pool sind ein Traum und laden nach den Ausflügen zu entspannten Stunden ein. Enrico ist ein toller Gastgeber wie man ihn sich nur wünschen kann. Nie aufdringlich, aber stets greifbar und mit vielen Vorschlägen für Gastronomie und Ausflüge eine große Hilfe. Der Garten ist vollständig eingezäunt und wir hatten mit unserem Hund viel Spaß. Die Altstadt von Lucca ist in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß gut erreichbar und bietet viele sehr gute Lokale. Auch der samstägliche Markt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar und riesengroß. Wer mit Hund an den Strand möchte, dem kann ich das Bagno Ernesta in Viareggio nur ans Herz legen. Sehr Hundefreundlich, mit extra agility park und Hundeduschen, sehr guter und freundlicher Gastronomie und tollem Strand. Alles in allem, ein unvergesslicher toller Urlaub bei sehr netten Menschen.

The outside pool area was excellent. We had it all to ourselves. The accommodation had everything we needed. The proximity to the town was also perfect and it was very easy to get into. Enrico was the perfect host and very welcoming.

Lovely holiday home, very well looked after and very well equipped with towels, bedding, kitchen utensils etc. Enrico went out of his way to try and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Upon arrival, when he showed us around, we were pleasantly surprised when he told us that the pool and outdoor lounging area was just for our use only. The gardens around the lounging area were so well kept and pretty which made for a very enjoyable stay. We walked into Lucca a couple of times, which took us around 20/25 minutes to reach the walls. We loved staying at Villa Adami and hope that we will be able to return at sometime in the future.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Enrico und seiner Familie war sehr schön. Sie ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der Toskana (Pisa,Lucca, Florenz, kleine Bergdörfer,..) ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig.Die Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet, einige Küchengeräte und Utensilien könnten aber ausgetauscht und modernisiert werden.Die Poolsaison war bei unserem Besuch leider noch nicht eröffnet, der Bereich war nicht aufgeräumt und das Wasser war grün, was mich ein wenig enttäuscht hatte. In der Annonce steht allerdings, dass der Pool erst ab Mai nutzbar ist, aber fürs Auge wäre es besser gewesen.Die Familie , die in der ersten Etage, sowie in einem kleinen separaten Häuschen wohnt, ist unwahrscheinlich freundlich und nett. Man kann sich sehr gut auf Deutsch und Englisch unterhalten, Enrico gibt sehr gute Tips für Ausflüge, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.Unser Hund wurde herzlich behandelt und durfte auf dem umzäunten Grundstück frei herumlaufen.In den zwei Schlafzimmern sowie im Wohnzimmer gibt es jeweils Klimaanlagen, die zum Glück auch heizen können, da wir eine Schlechtwetterperiode hatten .Gern möchten wir zu einer anderen Jahreszeit wieder Enricos Gäste sein!Dankeschön!gewesen.

Das Haus war sehr schön und sauber. Enrico ist ein zuvorkommender Gastgeber und gibt auch Tipps für Ausflüge. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, was ganz toll für unseren Hund war. Es gibt, auch überdachte Bereiche, um bequem draußen sitzen zu können. Da wir mit dem Wetter nicht so viel Glück hatten, konnten wir den schönen Pool nicht nutzen. Er wäre aber auch im Oktober sauber und bereit gewesen. Ich kann die Unterkunft zu 100 % empfehlen!

Enrico went out of his way to make our stay memorable in his comfortable, well appointed accommodation. It is extremely convenient to the Old Town, the grocery stores & the railway station. The kitchen is very well equipped. He even gave us a bottle of wine & his homemade pesto which we enjoyed with our pasta. Good communication, kind hospitable. Thank you Enrico! We will be back.

This is a fantastic property and one of the best we have ever stayed in. From inside the house to the gorgeous swimming pool this is five star all the way. Enrico and family made us so welcome. A perfect home from home but with much better weather. We will be back! An easy walk to the walls and a five minute drive to the Co Op! Lucca was brilliant as ever. Many thanks Enrico. Die Wohnung ist tipptopp sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt in dieser sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Enrico ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Er hat uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Gastronomie gegeben. Der Poolbereich bietet die absolute Erholung. Viele hochwertige Sitzmöglichkeiten, auch überdacht, und sogar eine Hollywoodschaukel gibt es. Ein PKW-Stellplatz wird im Hof angeboten. Grazie Enrico! PS. Von Lucca aus kann man super mit der Bahn in die umliegenden Großstädte fahren, z.B. nach Florenz.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung bei Enrico rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Erdgeschosswohnung ist gemütlich und allumfassend eingerichtet. Es gibt Handtücher und noch zusätzliche Bettwäsche und Decken, alsauch eine Waschaschine falls benötigt. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, darüber hinaus sogar Salz, Zucker, Öl und Insantkaffee. Es fehlt wirklich nichts. Der Garten mit Pool ist ein Traum. Es stehen viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und Liegen zur Verfügung. Das Auto steht gesichert mit auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück. Enrico ist ein herzlicher und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der auch gerne Ausflugtipps gibt. Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig zur Altstadt ca 30 Minuten Spaziergang durch eine ruhige Wohngegend. Eine große Auswahl an Supermärkten ist mit dem Auto binnen weniger Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist perfekt um Lucca und die Umgebung kennenzulernen und zum Entspamnnen.

Wir waren 10 Tage in dieser wirklich schönen Wohnung, Enrico ist ein sympathischer Gastgeber und hat uns gute Empfehlungen für Ausflugsziele und Restaurants gegeben. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, alles vorhanden was benötigt wird, auch angenehm, es gibt eine Heizung. Der Garten die Außenanlage ist wirklich traumhaft schön. Lucca ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt zu vielen Ausflugszielen in der Toskana, aber auch die Stadt selber mit der historischen, grünen Stadtmauer ist nur einen kurzen Weg von der Wohnung entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, molto bene und Grazie mille 😘

Wir haben einen sehr schönen und tollen Urlaub in diesem Haus mit Pool erleben dürfen. Es war sehr sauber. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool geliebt und unser Hund hatte einen großen Auslauf der komplett eingezäunt ist. Der Besitzer Enrico ist sehr gastfreundlich und war immer da, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Er hat uns auch ein paar Tipps gegeben, wo wir gut essen gehen können. Vor allem das empfohlene Fischrestaurant bei Viareggio war super. Vielen dank für den tollen Urlaub.

Great stay at Enrico and familys villa. We spent most of our time in the lovely garden and pool, but the location is good for trips to Florence, San Gigminano, Siena and the coastline. The citywall is a good 20 minutes walk from the villa and a walk to nearest supermarkedet takes about 10 minutes. The best wifi and aircondition we have ever had in Italy. The apartment is much bigger than it appears in the pictures. Private and secure parking. Enrico is a great and helpful host and we had some lovely chats during our stay. Thanks for a lovely vacation Enrico and family.

What an amazing find!! Close enough to Lucca City to walk in and enjoy the hustle and bustle but in a location where you can also enjoy the wonderful outdoor pool and facilities (which were for our sole use while we were there) Our host Enrico was the most helpful and friendly man and nothing was too much trouble for him. He made the whole experience 10 times better for us. As new visitors to the area he was so helfpul in making sure we made the most of our stay. The apartment is lovely and has everything you need. Great comfy beds and lovely showers and gorgeous outside areas to sit and eat and drink al fresco. The pool area was a real bonus and a real highlight of the property with a lovely jacuzzi feature one end. To walk into Lucca was about a 20 minute easy walk away which we did on several oocasions during our week stay. I have to give a special mention to Trattoria Dal Ildo which was sublime and easily the best meal of the week for us. It is 5 minutes from the apartment in the other direction to Lucca but well worth a visit. We would most definitely recommend a stay here and will be back again one day to explore the area some more. Die Ferienwohnung mit privatem Pool ist mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr freundlich und stets sehr hilfsbereit. Der Pool lädt zur Entspannung ein. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, daher perfekt für Kinder und Hunde. Das Fahrzeug kann sicher innerhalb des umzäunten Bereiches abgestellt werden. Auch die Lage, fusssläufig zur Innenstadt nach Lucca ist perfekt. Klare Empfehlung.

Mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und einem Traumgarten ausgestattet kann man hier die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Nähe zur Innenstadt und der hilfsbereite Vermieter runden das Haus positiv ab. Absolute Empfehlung.

The house is very nice, a half hour walk from Lucca, a beautiful city. Also Pisa is not far away. Everything is available in the house. The garden is sunny, full of roses and has a lovely pool. There is also enough space when you like to have some shadow.The host Enrico is a very kind man, always willing to give you any information for trips in the area.

We were made to feel welcome from our first communication with Enrico to arriving for our holiday. It’s a lovely property, with the added bonus of being on the ground floor so being able to go outside and have doors open was a bonus. The area has a lot to offer with Pisa, Florence and Lucca very close.
