For years the Villa has been the summer residence of several important families of the Lucca area and during the centuries the house has hosted many famous personalities. Today it s a luxury Villa rental ; a heaven immersed in the Tuscan Countryside.
Set in a panoramic position on the hills of Lucca , it offers an amazing view of the sourranding area.
Immersed in a vast parkland with old-centuries trees, Villa Luisa has a beautiful private pool and a relax area with sun beds. Our guests will profit from an impressive alfresco poolside dining area with barbecue. Also, they can play tennis in the private tennis court or play soccer in the private soccer field. A Ping Pong table is also available.
Recently renovated, the Villa has kept the typycal Tuscan Flair: wooden beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors and traditional fully equipped Tuscan kitchen.There are 4 kitchens. At the same time the Villa offers all top quality modern comforts: TV, wifi and air conditioning.
The interiors of this luxury Villa reveal its Old World heritage, from the glittering chandeliers and rugs to the paneling that lines the sitting and dining rooms. This aristocratic flair combines with modern comforts and rustic style. A unique atmosphere.
The two floors Villa features 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Each bedrooms offers an amazing view of the park the pool, and the surrounding area.
There are 4 double bedrooms, 3 twins, a single room and a single bed is set in a small living room/passage room. On request and at extra charge, during the summer period, our guests can benefit from a Dependance with other 2 bedrooms,one bathroom and a spaciosu living area. Thanks to the Dependance the Villa can accomodate up to 20 people. Baby equipment available on request.


INTERNAL DESCRIPTION:

FIRST FlOOR: The ground floor consists of several rooms. Some of them can be reached from the garden of the villa, such as:
- two airy living rooms with dining table, sofa and fireplace;
- two kitchens equipped with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and breakfast table, and with access to the internal stairs;
- four bathrooms (three with shower and one with bath);
- two double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom with shower), two twin bedrooms and one single bedroom (passage room);
- one small walk-through living-rooms.
The other rooms of the FIRST floor have an independent entrance from both the internal stairs and the garden, such as:
- a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with fireplace;
- a bathroom with shower;
- a small living room and a small kitchen with breakfast table;
- a single bedroom.

The rooms of the first floor have air conditioning. (extra charge according to consumption)

GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor, to which you acceed by the internal stairs (18 steps), there are: a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchenette and access to the large outdoor area overlooking the swimming pool and equipped with dining table, parasol and barbecue.

The rooms of the lower floor does not have air conditioning since, thanks to their position, are naturally cooler than those of the ground floor.

The villa is very large and equipped with all the amenities (swimming pool, outdoor area with barbecue, tennis court, air-conditioning, TV, dishwasher). An ideal place for several families with children wishing to spend an unforgettable holiday in the heart of the Lucca countryside, and just a short distance from the beach resorts (the Versilia coast, in fact, is only 40 km away).
The furnishings, in typical Tuscan style, are cozy and comfortable. The four kitchens (two large and equipped and two smaller), spread out in different places, are certainly useful.
The consumption of the airconditioning is not included in the price and it's calculated according to consumption.

THINGS TO KNOW
1)Check in time is from 17 to 19. There s no reception on site. Please communicate in advance your arrival time. Afetr 19,00 we ask an extra charge.

2)The consumption of the airconditioning and of the heating is not included in the price and must be calculated according to the consumption. If you want to use the airconditioning/heating, you have to pay a deposit of 500,00 euro at the check in to guarantee the electricity fee. The price of the electricity is 0,50 euro per Kw.
