A private entrance leads into a living room with a double sofa bed and Smart TV, while the fully equipped kitchen features an induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, electric Moka pot, blender, toaster, electric kettle and juicer. The kitchen opens directly onto a private furnished patio with a dining area, parasol, barbecue, lounge space and a hot tub, providing the ideal setting for outdoor relaxation.

The outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxation. Unwind in the hot tub (available upon request) after a day of exploring, or enjoy a dinner under the stars in the private outdoor dining area. Complete with a barbecue, lounge space and peaceful countryside surroundings, this property offers an idyllic setting for making the most of Tuscany\'s outdoor lifestyle.

The villa is set within a well-tended communal garden furnished for pleasant moments of relaxation; shared amenities include an outdoor jacuzzi/hot tub, an antique wood-fired oven, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with barbecue, and a play area for both adults and children.

€1000.00 security deposit by credit card is required. Any damages or extraordinary cleaning costs (such as uncollected rubbish, unwashed dishes, etc.) will be deducted from the deposit.

N.B.: The last 140 metres of the road are gravel; you must drive slowly as the road is narrow and there is limited space to pass.

The property enjoys a scenic position in the Lucca countryside, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and walking trails. The Via Francigena passes alongside the villa, while the Serchio River Park offers excellent walking and cycling routes nearby.

A short drive leads to the historic centre of Lucca, where visitors can explore Piazza dell’Anfiteatro, Via Fillungo, Torre Guinigi, the Cathedral and the famous Renaissance Walls. Nearby attractions include the Villa Reale di Marlia, historic villas and monumental gardens. Nature lovers can discover the lakes of Isola Santa, Gramolazzo and Lago Santo, the natural pools of Candalla, the forests of Garfagnana and Orecchiella Park.
