Would highly recommend to anyone checking out Montego Bay. Think twice begore trying drive here. In my opinion this is one dangerous place to drive unless you’ve driven here before. "The Management shows little concern for the reality of their guest’s experiences. We left the property this morning after a four day stay. During the stay, we informed them each day that TV didn’t work. They apologized, but NEVER repaired or mitigated the situation. I booked out room as an individual using a mobility scooter. Despite having a ramp onto the deck, there was no ramp into the hotel, and no grab bars in the restroom, despite management’s assertion and advertisement that the property of handicap friendly. I complained daily, and while the staff constantly apologized, the supervisors and management simply didn’t seem to care. I will NEVER stay at this property again, nor would I EVER let anyone that I care about stay there. There are neighboring options."
