Excellent location with 2 min walk to the train station. The staff is friendly. The property is a bit old but the room is very clean. They offered room upgrade however it didn’t seem a big different with our original booking. Overall good stay

Located in the heart of the town, one block away (1min walking) from the chapel bridge, old city and train station. At check in we were given free train tickets and breakfast was included and delicious. In my opinion the only downside were the bed which was hard a rock and the room temperature which was very hot. I do recommend this hotel location is a must, the city is magical.

Non è vero che tra i servizi dell’hotel c’ è il parcheggio, loro hanno solo una convenzione col comune per pagare meno il parcheggio in strada. Prima ti fanno pagare la convenzione, poi se il parcheggio non lo trovate (come è successo a noi) e siete costretti a mettere la macchina in un garage pubblico (carissimo) succede che il parcheggio lo pagate 2 volte. Inoltre il personale non è stato assolutamente collaborativo perchè pur avendo spiegato subito l’accaduto, non ci hanno rimborsato. È un hotel decisamente decadente con un ascensore minuscolo, hanno ancora le chiavi nella toppa delle porte delle camere e le camere sono piccolissime. Da evitare.

Das Doppelzimmer NOBLE ist 22 m² gross und entspricht der 3-Sterne Klassifizierung gemäss Hotelerie Suisse.Unsere Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption hat Sie genau über die Parksituation informiert. We arrived there around 8h30pm and Expedia shows that parking is available. That is not true. We had to drive around Lucerne for about 40 minutes to find a parking spot, 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We had to pay 18 francs per night to park on the street. Not a good start. While I was looking to park the car, my friend who just had a surgery on both feet and has a very hard time to walk was loading the elevator on her own while buddy at the reception was more preoccuped by his cell phone than helping her. It would have been nice to know that we had access to the lounge. That was discovered the next day while having breakfast. The 2 free drinks are 2 small bottles of water. We were supposed to have 2 each for the 2 nights but only got one. We found the room a bit small for the price. Location, lounge access and breakfast were great.

숙소가 깔끔하고 전반적으로 모든 면에서 준수합니다. 역과의 거리가 5분 정도여서 이동도 편하고 역 지하의 쿱에서 장보기도 좋아요. 테라스가 있는 방을 주셔서 여러모로 좋고 감사했어요. 제공되는 조식도 부족함이 없고, 전자레인지가 있어서 피자 데워먹기 너무 좋았습니다. 참. 체크인을 오전 11시에 해주셔서 기대도 안했었는데 너무너무 감사했어요. 내년 루체른 방문도 꼭 여기서 쉬려고요.

Hotel is fine. Centrally located and comfortable. Reason for the negative review is the construction that started at 3:30 on the street side of the hotel and went through the night. Heavy equipment that shook the building at times. Woke and kept us up. No heads up from the hotel. Make sure you check and ask.

The hotel had a comfortable bed/linens and a well appointed bathroom. It was walkable to the bridge, shopping and train station. The best part of this hotel has to be the staff. During our check in, the front desk clerk gave us great recommendations for meals and itinerary, as well as gave us umbrellas to head out with. One morning we missed the complimentary breakfast by 30 min and the kitchen ladies were cleaning up. They kindly allowed us to eat in the room they’d just tidied up and even joked with us a bit. When we checked out, I had forgotten my hair straightener in the room. The check out clerk literally RAN to the train station to return it to me. I had 2 more weeks in Europe and really needed that straightener. My hair thanks you good sir! Someone give that gentleman a raise. Next time we are in Luzern we will stay at this hotel.

The Central Hotel Luzern is a very comfortable and clean hotel in a great location. The staff are very welcoming and offered great suggestions for activities and restaurants.

Room was clean but with limited toiletries and nothing fancy. Friendly staff. Close to old town and train station. Parking available for cars.
