In the suggestive hills of the Arezzo Val di Chiana, Villa Girasole is an enchanting manor house obtained from an ancient eighteenth-century building brought back to life thanks to a fine recovery and restoration intervention where extensive use was made of materials of the architectural tradition of the place.
Inside you will find attics with wooden beams and terracotta floors while outside the walls will be presented with exposed stone.
The large indoor spaces are spread over three levels. A large living room with a fireplace, sofas and Tv corner will welcome you. The entire structure is organized in separate units to ensure that even large groups always have their own spaces.
Overall, the residence can accommodate up to 15 people in 3 settings as well as in an annex. The first solution can accommodate 4 beds on the ground floor ensuring the service of a living room, kitchen with oven and fridge/freezer, a bathroom with shower, living room with fireplace, Tv, and access to the porch with a table for six people as well as a small laundry with washing machine. On the first floor, the first solution always presents a double bedroom with loggia, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a tub while in the attic there is a bathroom with a shower.
The second solution, on the other hand, offers 5 beds on the ground floor together with a living/dining room with fireplace and Tv, a bathroom with shower, laundry room with washing machine, kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer and access to the porch with table for six people. . On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a French bed, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with tub.
The third solution offers hospitality up to 4 beds on the ground floor then a living room with Tv and fireplace, a kitchen with oven and fridge/freezer, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. In the loft, there is a king-size double bed.
Finally, the last solution inside the large patronal residence is a solution with 2 beds in a double bedroom with Tv, fridge, and bathroom with shower.
At the pool level, but outside the central body, there is a common lounge with independent access from the rest of the house with a kitchen with a double oven, grill, griddle, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, tasting area, relaxation area with Smart tv and Sky, a system audio-stereo for indoors and outdoors, fireplace, dining area for 20 people and access to the porch with a table where you can eat outside, a bathroom with shower.
In the pool area, there are also two outdoor showers, one with cold water and the other with hot water.
Villa Girasole is surrounded by 8 hectares of crops and woods completely immersed in the Val di Chiana. Within the property, there is also a vegetable garden/orchard, where seasonal vegetables and fruit can be used as a side dish for exquisite traditional Tuscan dishes. The enchanting setting of this residence is also suitable for small weddings, anniversaries, or other ceremonies.
