Condo was very clean and on 2nd floor overlooking James St. No elevator. While there are 2 doors for the building, the code to get into the building only works on the back door (safety? Or we did it wrong) and not the front door on James St.Basic simple amenities- providing only what was needed which was totally fine for us. Could have used an additional blanket for the bed. We could’ve taken a blanket from the other bedroom—-we just turned up heat instead. There are working smoke detectors even though VRBO doesn’t list it. Went for NYE celebration. And it snowed. Noise (music, people, plows) in evening did not bother us at all. It was not that loud. Wished we could’ve seen ball drop from window but we could not…..but it was only 2 blocks down. They close the streets so it was easy to get there/back. 3 bars directly across the street from this place were fun and delicious food! So convenient!This place is nice and roomy - perfect for family or friends of 4-5. Small hard couch and small TV in main room. We were just a couple. No problems with anything including power, heat and internet. Bed was very comfy. Overall a fantastic time in a great location. Would love to stay here again if the opportunity arises. This review is more for information for the next renter :)! No complaints!! Not sure why the review form asked about wineries because we didn’t go and they were all closed!But if you do come here for wine, there are some really nice wineries in the area!
