Experience the best of both worlds with private living quarters, while also being only a half mile from town and a short driving distance to Okemo Mountain Resort. For effortless travel, shuttles are available from Pleasant Street to Okemo Mountain.

    Inside these quaint homes, you'll discover great amenities, carefully curated spaces, and beautiful outdoor living. Inside the first home, you'll find a main living area, perfect for lounging in, a pull-out sofa bed, and a kitchenette. The second home boasts another main living area, a futon bed, and a kitchenette. With more space than you could imagine you'll be able to lounge, eat, watch movies, and sleep peacefully at this retreat.

    Treat yourself to a soothing bath in the private hot tub, or warm up after a day spent on the slopes by unwinding in the full shower or by cozying up to the heat of the outdoor firepit. End your evenings by gathering together with those you love on the deck overlooking the Black River as you barbecue something truly delicious on the provided gas grill.

Wonderful Location

Awesome tiny home complex with connecting porch. Lots of places to hang out. All of Ludlow is within a short walk away for breakfast, lunch, dinner and bars. View of the river from the hilltop is serene.

Lovely property

Adorable tiny home complex that is perfect for vacationing families. I only used the larger of the two tiny homes for just me and my son, but I tend to come back with the family and my son can have his own private room and bathroom. Beautiful views of Okemo right from the deck and short walk through the yurt and cute neighborhood to downtown shopping and restaurants.

If it weren’t for the hot tub, I’d say this place was a 1.POSITIVES:-the hot tub-mountain view from the hot tub-modern design and layoutNEGATIVES: -weird smells-stained sheets-overall questionable cleanliness-slow wifiAll in all, if you’re looking for a cheap place to crash while skiing, this probably isn’t the worst place to rent (just bring your own sheets and towels). Otherwise, save your money or spend a little extra for something nicer.

The full kitchen and full cabinet space was very convenient. We stayed in the bigger tiny house and there was plenty of space for the two of us and the dog. The hot tub and propane fire pit were awesome features. Will be coming back in the future!

Perfect little spot to stay for skiing at Okemo

This cozy little property was perfect for our family's stay in Ludlow for our Okemo ski trip. Less than 5 minute drive to the ski lodge and a 5 minute walk into town. The key feature for us was the hot tub, and it didn't disappoint. The team had it ready for us and up to temp by the time we arrived, and the cabins were clean and well stocked with clean linens and towels. If we ever come back to Okemo, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Tiny house adventures

The tiny houses were cute and well equipped. They were ideal for 2 friends traveling together having their own space. I would definitely rent this property again. Only negative was having 3 empty propane tanks when we wanted to use the fire table(something to be added to the maintenance checklust) however once i text them they dropped a fresh tank off that same evening.

perfect base for okemo mt skiing for a small family

It is a neat concept, a combination of two spaces with full kitchen, two showers and multiple places to sleep. Pretty comfortable beds for a family of three. We were able to cook and also enjoy a electric firepit outside. It was a short hop to clocktower although one could also use a shuttle. There was a problem with hot water in one of the shower but someone came that same night and fixed it which was great. We will definitely come back for our family skiing trip.
