“The hotel has a great location with the Zaadam train station, the room is very spacious and comfortable. The customer service is bad, when we arrived at the hotel, it had no customer service staff, it was chaos because of the Amsterdam marathon and we had no information about it. They must improve communication, the internet and customer service. My experience was very bad.”

“The rental is attached to the main house and is truly wonderful. Beautiful sunsets and plenty of room for everyone. We came with 10 people and were comfortable. The bedroom downstairs was perfect for us and the bed was nice and hard(I don’t like a super soft bed). There were all kinds of seasonings and drinks in the fridge for the folks who like to cook. It’s close to the Zaanse Schans and very close to just about everything. We were all very pleased.”
