I did not look like the cleaning service had been there as we also found red stains from a red soda on the floor and the counters. There was also a random phone found in a drawer. The bathrooms were cleaning but we have to wash the sheets and towels ourselves while trying to get things set for a wedding. Communication with the owner was very difficult, he did not respond to our message via...

“Was not clean/cleaned well/hadn't been cleaned in a while. Dead bugs, spider webs, etc.....throughout the house. Had to clean the coffee table myself because it was so sticky and dirty. Furniture is all very used and in rough condition. The house is older and has been "remodeled" but the "remodel" is not great and either wasn't done well to begin with or needs to be done again. Would have gone to a hotel if we could have gotten a refund.”
