Modern 65 sqm apartment on the ground floor of a renovated building (step to access), able to accommodate up to 4 people.

The strategic position on the border between Liguria and Tuscany, allows you to easily reach both the seaside areas of La Spezia and the landscape and cultural destinations of Tuscany.

The house consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom and an outdoor area used as a private and free parking, available to guests.

The internal space is organized as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with sofa, NON-usable fireplace, wardrobe and smart TV;

- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, dining table with chairs, fridge, moka pot, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair and split A/C;

- BEDROOM II with bunk bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers;

- BATHROOM with slightly raised shower cubicle, washing machine, sink, bidet and toilet;



FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, free, private and guaranteed parking.

Check-in will be done on a self-check-in basis. We will provide you with further instructions close to your arrival.



Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.

Winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C.



Payment of the city tax will be required.



The accommodation is located in a strategic area, able to offer all the necessary services.

The location allows you to reach by car both the seaside areas of Liguria, and the splendid Cinque Terre, both the cities of cultural interest in Tuscany (Lucca and the marble quarries of Carrara), and the small villages of historical interest such as Castelnuovo, Montemarcello and Luni; furthermore in the hamlet of Luni it is possible to visit the interesting National Archaeological Museum and the archaeological area of ​​Luni, as well as having the opportunity to take splendid bike rides.

- From Pisa airport take bus No. 5 from the Antoni stop (8 minutes on foot) to the Stazione 6 stop, from here walk 2 minutes to the Pisa Centrale station and take the regional train to La Spezia Centrale and get off at Luni (850 meters from the property).
