But public hot spring spa in the hotel is well maintained, clean and offered many amenities. Enjoyed both private and public hot spring in the hotel. Would like to come back.”

Forgot to mention that the bathtub was so big and hot spring water was provided, so that my wife and me can enjoy hot spring without leaving our room. The bed in our room was frim and we like it I think this hot spring hotel provided excellent value for all travellers who do mind to stay in outdated...

“和風villa旅店，很推薦，房間裡面寬敞，一入住下午2-4點有下午茶，很精緻，房間有超大的按摩浴缸，兩個人在裡面也不擁擠，智慧馬桶，房間望出去也有渡假景觀，讓人在住宿上非常放鬆，一點也不想看電視度過，泡完澡再來躺床上敷臉休息，很享受，下回來礁溪，還會選擇，沒有在溫泉路上，很安靜，外面還有戶外涼亭建議三五好友來，還可以泡茶聊天，很愜意”

“Pros: Brand new hotel tatami room is nice water playground/slides for kids free mini bar comfy beds and shower private hot tub Cons: location a little far from the JiaoXi junction/food shops no shuttle to bus station (approx 500m) but can take uber Must wear swimming cap to be allowed to use hot spring pools but not communicated/advised on booking - considered unnecessary rules but if you insist then you must inform customers beforehand so we can prepare”
