Property was misrepresented. Water is a brown swamp. Wouldn't put your body in it. Dirty porch w/ dirt pile and tons of ants. Cobwebs all over. Ant traps in kitchen. Shower floor disgusting. slick slime when wet. Dangerous, left feet stained yellow. Dirty house needs a power wash. One thermostat for whole house. works on wifi. Left in the a.m. house was 69. Returned in evening house was 78! called the rep. Kevin. Very rude, miserable and condescending. Told him we tried to lower the temp, it was now 82 inside and warm air was blowing from vents. told me we could drive 45 min. to Target to buy more fans. House had 3, at 82 a fan does nothing. Said "open windows" NO screens in any! afraid of bugs/bats flying in. Had to cancel morning plans to wait for repair man. He said it was the wifi that "lost" communication to the outdoor unit. NOT our fault! He reset house to 70. downstairs set the same is 15 degrees colder. Being afraid to touch the thermo it stayed freezing, the only tv in the home is down there. Could not use the rooms. Kevin blamed us for "touching the thermo". Wouldn't anyone to try lower temp from 82! house was 69 when we left. Noone was there all day. Keven/owner can access the thermostat remotely. Tried to blame us! door cams show not there all day. Thermo was changed remotely or wifi issue. Were refused compensation. Kevin said he only shut it off. Lies, have texts showing he tried to adjust using his phone before shutting off to stop heat from blowing.
