“The property is well located with multi storey car park nearby and the river views very welcoming. Check in late at night was a bit hap hazard, mainly due to process changes but when we really wanted to get to bed it was a bit delayed. The bed was comfy, shower very good and over all very comfortable. ”

“Property is on a very quite and what it seems to be a safe neighbor. We arrived at 2 AM because a delay on our bus but we previously notify the property of our late arrival and we were able to get to our room thru a safebox that kept our keys. Staff was very friendly and helpful the next morning. We happen to stay on the hottest day on the history of London and the room was hot but be were received by a fan that was in place and on when we arrived late at night. “A lovely place to stay from the friendly welcome with clean, spacious rooms and excellent breakfast in beautiful surroundings. ”

“Last minute booking made at 8pm by 11.30pm was at the property and no lockbox enaul had been forwarded so could not get into the property. Had to find alternative accomodation as could not waitcany longer for the info as no indication my issue was being addressed. Finally received the lockbox email at 12 30am 4.5hrs after the booking. Would not advise last minute/evening bookings for this venue.”

“No hot water, so couldn't have a shower. Or a warm water wash. They made me pay £10 extra when i got there "Because my original booked room had been given to someone else, so we had to give you a bigger one". Advertised as Bed and Breakfast, but no breakfast available. There was nothing on the property to indicate that it was a hotel, the front door code didn't work and the address they gave me was wrong, so i called at the wrong building when i arrived”

“The cost was just within my budget. Very basic & affordable. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and secure. You get what you pay for. I didn’t need to use the shared spaces. Would return 😊”

“The owners were very helpful and answered messages quickly. The place is very well kept and looks nice. The bed was comfortable but very creaky. The thermostat was a bit tricky to figure out. And it would be nice to have some over the air or cable TV channels so we could get the weather forecast in the mornings”
