“Property is on a very quite and what it seems to be a safe neighbor. We arrived at 2 AM because a delay on our bus but we previously notify the property of our late arrival and we were able to get to our room thru a safebox that kept our keys. Staff was very friendly and helpful the next morning. We happen to stay on the hottest day on the history of London and the room was hot but be were received by a fan that was in place and on when we arrived late at night. “The arrangements to access the property were accurate and worked fine. I was very comfortable. My stay was short and sweet, having to leave very early for a morning flight. For me, the name implied a short distance from the airport, and I travelled to Luton by train. - it was a long uphill walk from the station! However it was very easy to arrange a car to pick me up at 4.30 the next morning.”

“The room is spacious and was very clean. But, the bedding did not smell fresh. Easy entry using codes. Host was responsive. The front driveway of the property was very dirty. Garbage stacked up against a wall. Lots of noise from vehicles even late at night. I would not recommend for a holiday stay. However, it fit my needs as it is located a short drive from the hospital. ”
