“Anthony was a very helpful host. We appreciated the full use of the kitchen and the washing machine.”

“The description of the property was very descriptive. We booked the master suite which turned out to be a bedroom with a shared bathroom. We were never shown the lounge or the dining room. The hosts were never around. There was no fire alarm in the kitchen. There were no procedures regarding fire etc. The place is very very tired and looked uncared for. We would definitely not recommend this property.”

“Last minute booking made at 8pm by 11.30pm was at the property and no lockbox enaul had been forwarded so could not get into the property. Had to find alternative accomodation as could not waitcany longer for the info as no indication my issue was being addressed. Finally received the lockbox email at 12 30am 4.5hrs after the booking. Would not advise last minute/evening bookings for this venue.”

“Property is on a very quite and what it seems to be a safe neighbor. We arrived at 2 AM because a delay on our bus but we previously notify the property of our late arrival and we were able to get to our room thru a safebox that kept our keys. Staff was very friendly and helpful the next morning. We happen to stay on the hottest day on the history of London and the room was hot but be were received by a fan that was in place and on when we arrived late at night. “Something of a strange experience. Was let in by someone living there. My room was occupied by a long term tenant. The owner explained the place is an HMO and he didn't know why the room I booked was advertised. He gave me a refund.”
