Nice small room

The staff was very kind and helpful, the location was easy to find, with the Luton point and markets near to it. The neighbourhood was kind of noist at night, but there was no feeling of unsafety even that and we arrived after 10:00 pm

My satnav struggled to find hotel. Parking on-site wasn't great. We arrive late (midnight), check-in was good! We were allocated Room 1. This is right next to Reception. We could hear tv/radio/talking so I quickly asked if we could be moved. Staff were great & switched us to Room 8. Beds are very soft - so ok if you like that. They are more like a "U" shape ehen you get in them. The emergency green lighting is very bright - didn't bother us but might be an issue to others.

There really was nothing nearby. The first set of staff was great. Then a young man named Malik was absolutely awful! The employee that checked us out was amazing! When we got there, we had no idea how to turn on the heat on. I was uncomfortable asking Malik how to turn the heat on because he was not cooperative.. I'm in the process of trying to get a refund. We wanted to watch TV when I came to him to let him know that the remote wasn't working. His comment was well then you won't get to watch TV go back to your room. That is why you got a rating of a three. The other two individuals were wonderful.

For £35/ night, I was quietly impressed. It was clean (sheets were clean). Maybe good if they cleaned mattress protectors. I did inspect whole bed, was concerned for the price, that there might be bed bugs. But thankfully none. It was quiet too. The price is unbeatable, and for easy convenient travel to Luton airport, it was perfect. Thank you overall.

Great staff. Clean, convenient location. But not worth the money. Small rooms, heat oppressive, window painted shut so no fresh air, no chair, tiny table, no kettle so only a vending machine for coffee or tea and only a soda or chips. The water pressure is horrible. The shower barely trickles. You are better off staying somewhere else for 5 pounds more that has everything and breakfast included. Should have been half the price for what you get.

At approximately 18:10, I accidentally spilled a full mug of coffee on the floor of my room. I immediately went to reception to request a bucket, mop, and appropriate cleaning product so that I could clean the area myself. The receptionist informed me that he could not provide these items because the cleaning staff were no longer on duty and advised me to leave the coffee on the floor. I explained that this was not acceptable, as I could not reasonably be expected to remain in a room with a large amount of coffee spilled on the floor, particularly in a room without a window and therefore without proper ventilation. I repeated my request, clearly stating that I was not asking for the staff to clean the room, but merely to provide me with the necessary cleaning supplies so that I could resolve the issue myself. I was initially told to wipe the floor with a towel and that another towel would be provided. After further insistence, I was eventually given a bucket and mop, but no cleaning liquid. As a result, the situation remained unresolved. I informed the receptionist that without proper cleaning products, I would be unable to remain in the room due to the smell and the unsanitary conditions. Consequently, I had no alternative but to pack my belongings and book accommodation at another hotel for that night, thereby incurring additional costs. Furthermore, I must mention that the extremely strong green light in the room significantly disturbed my ability to rest, and the bath

Yes. Yes. Clean room. Helpful staff. Two things: 1. It would have been helpful to have walking instructions from the bus station to the hotel as I went for a bit of a detour late at night with my Sat nav. 2. My room had a window which was great but the street lights were very strong and the window was not fully blacked out around the edges of the blind. That could easily be improved at minimal cost but would make a massive difference. Otherwise a good price for a basic but entirely adequate overnight stay between flights. Would recommend and would stay again.

I felt very safe, everything was clean, the staff is very nice and helpful, there's privacy in the dorm rooms cause the beds have walls, there's a shelf in every bed and a very big locker under the bed. Lots of space, a table with mirrors in the room. Good water pressure in the showers. Clean water. Highly recommend

More great service from Moyn on the reception. My room didn’t have USB ports so I couldn’t charge my phone and he moved me to a room which did. Occasionally the aircon blew cold during the night but I only noticed as I got up to use the bathroom. Great phone reception. Tv worked well and I really like the bathrooms here. It was my last of many stays but if I return I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again. The staff are always friendly and any problems are sorted quickly. That’s what places this apart from other budget hotels. The excellent service.

The location was good just few minutes walk from Luton station with good connection to London. There are many supermarkets and restaurants around. The room was basic but clean with good size and comfortable bed

I had a room without window. It suited my needs Moyn was his usual efficient self. I really like the shower in these rooms. I’ll be back for another stay next week.
