    1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process.



    2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.



    3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.



    4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.



    5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.



    6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.



    7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.



    8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.



    9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.



    10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.



    11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.



    12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.



    13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Nice but frustrating

The property is very, very nice with 2 notable exceptions. The process of check in is difficult. Do not go unless you have watched and taken note on the videos they send you. Also, you won't get the code for the key lock box until after 3 pm on the day of arrival and it's in the video. My phone would not play the video - I should have watched it earlier I admit, so I had a heck of a time getting the information. Finally the host used WhatsApp to communicate the code, the identity of the mailbox the lockbox was in - there's not obvious marking on it, the door that was actually the one to the suite - since there was not marking on any of those either. Additionally, once the key is acquired - nearly every door you go in and out needed to be unlocked with that key. The key is VERY problematic and is was always a question if at some point it would unlock the door. Often it took several minutes of fiddling with it and trying it get it to unlock. That most certainly needs to be addressed before someone breaks the key or gets completely locked out. The other thing that would prevent me from staying is the garage. It is very small. I would rent a small car and not an SUV. If I had had a smaller car, this would not have been a problem. But since it was a boxy SUV, it was so difficult to get in and out of, we chose to walk or use the bus instead if we could. Once great thing about this location is that it is right on the bus line and the public transportation in Luxembourg is free!
