“The rooms in general are good, the air conditioning is very noisy, the Wi-Fi connection works very poorly, the receptionists do not speak good English. Which makes communication and booking of services very difficult. I am not happy with the transfer service they offered us for the visit to Kings Valley. The driver didn't speak any English, the car ran out of fuel and we had to walk a stretch. They charged us a pretty high price for Egyptian costs, and the service was not good. On a positive...

“It’s a beautiful place, it’s like a place from One Thousand and One Nights. Room was clean and big enough. The staff was great, they were very nice and helpful. The hotel offers a motor boat to cross the Nile. The food is very good.”
