“The house was exactly as advertised and easily accommodated our 8 family members and 2 dogs. The location on a nice quiet street was very convenient to the many activities in the area. Something for everyone during down time at the house with several tvs and streaming access, board games, foosball table and a definite favorite being air hockey. We had great weather so were able to enjoy using the grill and making smores around the fire pit with ingredients supplied by our host. Host was very...

“The property in on a beautiful piece of land and we saw deer each night. Beds were comfortable too. The place looked out of the 70’s and tired. Adequately equipped with towels, no soap at all even hand soap which we never thought of bringing other than our bath soap and shampoo. Bathroom sink had cigarette stains and it made it look dirty. Had a coffee pot but no filters so we would have had to buy some for 2 night stay. In comparison to a b&b we usually stay at that was full that weekend- it...

“My family had a great time at the Patriot House. Our family of 13 including 6 adults and 6 kids thoroughly enjoyed all the space that the house provided. Every family had their own bedroom and bathroom. We were staying in Annville due to its close proximity to Hershey Park. The park was 20 minutes away which was especially appreciated at the end of the day. Also there were several restaurants nearby. Trisha was a very responsive and accommodating host. We would highly recommend!”

“House was very clean, spacious and communication with host was excellent. Amazing, well kept backyard, in a great location. Would highly recommend staying here!”

“The property felt old and in need of major update. Mattresses were poor, furnishings old. Major complaint was air conditioning. When we arrived the inside temperature was 84, we turned on all of the window units immediately. The house didn’t get comfortable until late evening. I do realize that it was an extremely hot day but felt like someone should had had to car on prior to our arrival this just didn’t feel like a property worth the price charged.”

“This property was exactly as advertises or maybe even better. The price was perfect, the house was clean, the space was great! There was lots of little touches for children too. I definitely recommend!”

“We had such a great stay at this house. It was the perfect size for our group, and the property was truly beautiful. The house was very clean, very spacious, and the rooms were extremely comfortable, so everyone had plenty of room to settle in.The property managers staying nearby were so helpful throughout our stay, and we really appreciated everything they did to make the weekend smooth and comfortable. The house was also in a great location and very convenient to Hersheypark. We’re very...

“Property is listed as "Gorgeous " which is the furthest from the truth. The property sits directly on a 4 lane highway. If you put your hand out the dining room window you could touch a car and don't open the blinds unless you want to have a direct view of the Adult store with Live strippers. Couches were dirty, nothing in bathrooms to dry your hands, dish strainer didn't have tray under so all the water ran all over, no dishtowels, ran out of towels and tried to wash but the washer didn't work,...

“Lovely Property in a great location. Definitely recommend. It's an older house but very well-kept and clean. The hosts were awesome, and it's really close to everything you would want to do in Hershey.”

“Spacious house with beautiful views.”
